Everything was OK and I was lucky to be in a quiet room. Also nice is the vicinity to a park and some good restaurants at about 20 mins walking distance through the park. It's also quite close to the main station.
The hotel has made a few odd decisions (partially related to savings); most annoying was that there was no black or peppermint tea in the room, only a Nespresso gadget with a vile type of Earl Grey tea. I was able to get some peppermint tea from the bar, but no black tea. Showercaps and other things can be obtained at reception - but once you are undressed, you aren't likely to down and get them, are you? Also, if you decide to participate in the sustainability option, be warned that that also means that no cups are exchanged and no provisions restocked.

After we checked in room, we realised that there were used and dirty a pair of slippers in the closet.
I guess a cleaning person forgot to take them out, but it should never happened. When a hotel staff came to pick them up, she doubted that we had used it. It was another point that should have never happened. Therefore, we was so unhappy!

The family suite was very large, comfortable, and well-equipped. Great shower and bathtub, even a bidet. Excellent breakfast. Our family loved the pool. Great location for exploring the city.

Perfect location. Several bus and tram stops nearby take you to the city center in just a few minutes. Right across from the hotel is the beautiful Bürgerpark — huge, full of playgrounds and green spaces for kids.
The international breakfast is plentiful and varied. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool is lovely — not huge, but just right for families. There's also a sauna, cold shower, and a relaxation room, all included in the stay.
We stayed in a junior suite (two adults and two kids), which was fantastic: spacious, bright, and very comfortable.
Overall, excellent value for money.
The parking garage was expensive: 18 euro per night

With the exception of the receptionist at the arrival, the personnel is very friendly and ready to help.
The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.
Good location close to the fair and at walking distance to the center.
The receptionist at the arrival was very unfriendly, arrogant and impolite. When we asked to have a room with a bathtub, which was in the description of booking, she initially refused to change the room and went even further to suggest we sleep somewhere else.
We also asked an extra bed, which she also refused, arguing that the hotel never provides extra beds
She even said that there were no rooms with bathtubs, which we knew it wasn't true as we are regular customers
She also refused to give us some water to our children.
Ironically, when we switched room, there was already an extra bed in the room.
This was in years the first time we were treated so unprofessionally as otherwise the hotel receptionists were always very friendly and nice.
