Pleasant
The location is superb. It is right next to the train station, so this enables an easy arrival and departure. I really just needed a place to sleep for one night in Bremen, and since I had to leave early the day after, this hotel's location was definitely advantageous.
It's a four-star hotel, yet it is dated, and needs some renovation or refurbishment. There is a safe in the room, yet it actually isn't working: plugging in a 4-digit code doesn't work, and gives me an error all the time. Given its rating, I also would expect some level of politeness and pleasantries with the staff. For example, upon check out, I would expect that I would be asked if everything was okay during my stay. Instead, all I was asked was whether I have already paid during check in. I mean, this is a weird question, after all, the staff could see in the system whether I have already paid or not.
It's rated as a 4-star hotel, yet at times it only felt like it is a 3-star hotel.

Disappointing
Location was good.
The staff seemed disinterested in their guests. The booking was for 2 people but the room only had one towel and one pillow. I had to go to get them from reception. The bar and restaurant area was closed, even though it was the weekend.
