Absolutely great location, nice and comfortable room.
Reception service is a disaster, the noise isolation is ok, I woke up one time during the night because of street noise (sirens, people screaming). Let’s start the story. I booked a simple comfort room for 2 people, me and my boyfriend. When I booked it one month ago, they wrote to me they don’t have a room with one bed for 2 people (as we didn’t want separable beds). I double asked, they said they will find it and it is guaranteed. For me it was simple, if they didn’t have the bed- I would have cancelled and picked a different hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, guess what - they give us the room and it had 2 separable beds. When we went to the reception, they said they don’t have any available rooms (which is a boring excuse all hotels say all the time). Then the receptionist said that as an excuse they give us a business upgrade and also breakfast, repeating that 10 times (whatever for? Making me feel poor or what? Grateful for such a gift?!). And he then looked at us and giving the same room cards - THE BUSINESS UPGRADE MEANT THE SAME ROOM they gave us at the beggining

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the city centre. The rooms are clean but slightly worn, especially the bathroom. It is dog-friendly and the staff were friendly. The rooms are quiet considering the proximity to the train station.
Parking is a bit of a challenge but you can park at an affordable price on the large parking lot behind the train station.

Amazing staff, clean, very very good breakfast. Good location - close to everything you need.
Fruits and snacks were very welcome (I didn’t expect to serve fresh fruits and water at the lobby/reception
Even it is close to train station because of the high quality isolation you hear nothing.

Staff were very good! Location is very good next to main or central train station. Close to the pubs, restaurants, shops and parks.
Very nice lounge area serving cocktails and food in the lobby area. The attendant was very nice and friendly
Sometimes saw vulnerable or drug addicts loitering near the train and bus station. Nobody at fault just an observation

Location is convenient for the event we were attending. Good power shower.... Pleasant and friendly reception.
The shower unit itself is a bit awkward. Be careful not to fall and need to close the door carefully otherwise water is all over the floor. Towels were a bit worn.

Superb hotel conveniently located close to the central railway station. Well equipped room on the 5th floor provided us with a comfortable stay.
There is a good atmosphere around the hotel which is linked to a good transport system.

The hotel is located by the main train station and the old town is easily reached by foot in 10-15 minutes. There are also great public transport connections to the old town and airport. The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with good variety of choices for vegetarians.

The smoking area was not kept clean. Across from the hotel there was constant illegal activity going on as the area is frequented by criminals
