The hotel is located by the main train station and the old town is easily reached by foot in 10-15 minutes. There are also great public transport connections to the old town and airport. The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with good variety of choices for vegetarians.

The room was clean and comfortable
The smoking area was not kept clean. Across from the hotel there was constant illegal activity going on as the area is frequented by criminals

We always enjoy staying at Intercity hotels, everything we need, spacious, and very comfortable. Friendly welcoming staff, perfect location right next to train station. We appreciate that we were able to check-in early.

Location was exceptional, right next to the Hauptbanhof with easy access to the city centre.
Breakfast was excellent. Check in 24h is indeed amazing.
Nice staff.
The pillows aren’t really comfortable but the bed is nice.

Good, good coffee from the machine, very tasty bread, as well as butter and yogurt. The usual problem in Germany, the fruits are sweetened. They could have an option of normal fruits. Great location, next to the train station. Good bed, good shower.
There should be an option of fruit without added sugar for breakfast, the towels could be a little better. The attendants were sometimes not at reception, which made service difficult, especially at check-in.

The Bed was comfortable and overall the room was clean. It was also quiet.
The floor in the toilet had a mark on it which I had to clean. We would have preferred a few more cups as there were only two and after one use we had to rinse out paper cups. Also another glass in the room.

The friendly staff
We were working and had no time to give special orders for cleaning the rooms beside meeting the staff at the lift …it would be better if they clean regular without special orders because had no holidays but trade fair .
