The breakfast is very good with lots of selection. The room has great black out curtains. The shower has plenty of hot water with good pressure. The location is fantastic with the river and the mall next door and the tram station an easy walk away. You are offered drink coupons for days you skip housekeeping. The drinks in the refrigerator are included in the room cost. The rooms are quiet.
My payment for breakfast was not registered with the restaurant and caused some unnecessary confusion and questioning. My housekeeping day came and went with no clean up. I put out my housekeeping door hanger and that didn't work either. I finally asked the front desk to have the room cleaned in the morning. It was cleaned after noon. I was told the housekeepers think the door hanger meant I didn't want housekeeping (even though the hanger is obviously two directional - one way for do not disturb and another for cleaning. The housekeepers apparently need to be educated on which way is which.) The towels were changed and refrigerator drinks added but the bedding was not changed. The sink (#209 and #205) drains slowly. There is no comfortable chair in the room.

Lovely room with a nice view from a small balcony. Great staff. Breakfast was amazing.
The restaurant was closed for the evening so we had to find an alternative dinner place elsewhere.

Clean room. If it is not a must to stay in the city centre, the location is not bad, as by one tram you can go to the city centre in about 20-25 minutes, with and additional 10 minutes max walk from the hotel to the tram station.
Poor breakfast. Very bad food in restaurant for lunch or dinner. Would never eat there even for free. Worst pillows ever. No slippers in the room. If you want, you should buy for 5 euros. Smelly towels.

The property was clean tidy and the staff were excellent. The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast had a great variety. Our additional sofa wasn’t made up on arrival but this was quickly rectified by the very friendly staff.
