Stylish room with incredible waterside view. All staff were very helpful, special mention for Fate, on the Reception desk who was really helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were very nice, plenty of choice and great coffee! Very good value. Would definitely recommend.

Large room, vibrant atmosphere, relatively easy to get to city center by public transport
Relatively few furnitures in a big room made the room less cosy.

Convenient if you are attending concerts in the festival area, as it’s literally 3 minutes walk from there. Staff were nice, and we had an overall good experience.
Breakfast was €22.50 and very poor!

location. Only stay if you must.
Terrible hotel to stay in unless you must. No AC, Very limited menu and key items not available, Bar too slow for the concert traffic, Room uncomfortable-Chair a horror-Bed just okay- pillows and comforter full of Down needles. No door locking from the inside. Front desk staff clueless.

The location was good, easy connection to the center by tram
We were offered two connecting rooms instead of the family room we booked, which we appreciated since it was double the number of beds, bathrooms, tvs, etc..
Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and warm
No coffee machine or kettle in the room. Had to go down to the breakfast room every morning to grab coffee and pay for it. Having a coffee machine in the room would have been much more preferable than free drinks in the minibar.
The receptionists had a tendency to respond in German when I asked them questions in English. Two out of three of them did this - no idea why.
On our first night there, the room door opened unexpectedly. I called the receptionist downstairs who came to the room and nicely showed me how to lock it so it wont open from the outside if someone were to try, which was very helpful. But I still don't understand how a door can just open like that.

We always chose Innside for Bremen hotel due to its nice location, facility and room. We travelled with our puppy for the first time and we chose Innside again. Innside has surprised us with its reasonable price for taking pet and a bag of treats for the puppy, the toy has became my puppy's fav. We loved the experience here and will come back again for future visit.

One of the great hotel we have stayed during our last trip on the way back from Copenhagen to the Netherlands. Great breakfast and free minibar. The location is just next to the mall. Room is large and bed is comfortable.
I dont think they should charge for the parking. The free parking available is sufficient.
