Clean room. If it is not a must to stay in the city centre, the location is not bad, as by one tram you can go to the city centre in about 20-25 minutes, with and additional 10 minutes max walk from the hotel to the tram station.
Poor breakfast. Very bad food in restaurant for lunch or dinner. Would never eat there even for free. Worst pillows ever. No slippers in the room. If you want, you should buy for 5 euros. Smelly towels.

The property was clean tidy and the staff were excellent. The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast had a great variety. Our additional sofa wasn’t made up on arrival but this was quickly rectified by the very friendly staff.

Stylish room with incredible waterside view. All staff were very helpful, special mention for Fate, on the Reception desk who was really helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were very nice, plenty of choice and great coffee! Very good value. Would definitely recommend.

Large room, vibrant atmosphere, relatively easy to get to city center by public transport
Relatively few furnitures in a big room made the room less cosy.

Convenient if you are attending concerts in the festival area, as it’s literally 3 minutes walk from there. Staff were nice, and we had an overall good experience.
Breakfast was €22.50 and very poor!

Plenty of Parking, right next to the venue. Hotel lovely with beautiful river views.
