Good location with walking distance to the city center and attractions. Private parking lot is a plus even though it costs extra.
Our room is right by the elevator so it’s noisy until late. The bathroom is tiny, and has lotta mold in the shower area! The bed is alright but the pillows are super thin and so uncomfortable. The worst pillows we ever slept on!

Extremely small rooms. Small bed. Extremely small shower. Not only is the parking very expensive, 15 euro per night, it is also incredibly difficult to park.

The bed was comfortable. Even though we had a window to the street, when we closed the window we didn’t hear any noise. Not even from neighbors. I was surprised at first but I slept like a baby. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the city center. If you go by car don’t forget to order a green sticker. There is an environmental zone. We forgot and had to park near Hauptbahnhof.
Absence of garbage bags.

Good location and has parking. Walking distance from Town Hall. Good value considering the price.
Breakfast was very meh, considering it cost 18 euros. The bed is hard, with just one pillow per person (an extra pillow would improve comfort a lot).

The bed and the bathroom were clean and comfy and the staff were nice and friendly and the location was easily reachable as it was near the center.
I wish there was an electric kettle in the room so we could make tea. Also there was a socket near only one side of the bed and the other one.

The location was fantastic for where we needed to get to. We dropped our bags off so we could go exploring before we booked in. Visited the bar in the evening and the staff were lovely and welcoming.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. It was actually beyond my expectations!
Overall it's a nice hotel!
I would strongly suggest putting slippers in the rooms (disposable ones) and better TV service. There were only three channels available. You should provide cable with CNN and/or BBC.
I would also suggest providing a mini-bus shuttle service to and from the airport or at least for those with requests in advance. You could also charge a small fee, i.e. €15-20. This might significantly increase your clientele.
