Ok breakfast.
Receptionist was unable to find the booking. Complained about too many with same surname.
We finally got two rooms and i prepaid for breakfast and parking. Turned out the two rooms was already full!
Turned to reception again, and he struggled with what to do. Finally got two rooms, now on seperate floors, but didn't care as we just drove 1000 km to reach this place. Just wanted some rest.
Morning came and we went for breakfast which was nice. Wanted to leave afterwards, but now the new receptionist couldnt find my payment from day before. She called for assistance and turned out there was still wrong names on the rebooking. He acknowledged that i payed, and we were set loose.
I know its "only" a 2 star hotel, but basic stuff like this I would expect them to be in control of.

The bed was comfortable. Even though we had a window to the street, when we closed the window we didn’t hear any noise. Not even from neighbors. I was surprised at first but I slept like a baby. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the city center. If you go by car don’t forget to order a green sticker. There is an environmental zone. We forgot and had to park near Hauptbahnhof.
Absence of garbage bags.

Nice staff, walkable distance to centrum, parking was free or in the room price just next to the hotel. Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy but bread and yoghurt, did the trick.
Rooms are like walking into 90s again, desperately needing a renovation and modernization. The bathroom was very very small.

Friendly staff.
It took 40 minutes to get food at the restaurant and 30 min afterward to pay.
Some of the staff keep answers in German even though they know you don't understand them. Instead of asking a colleague who speaks English.
It’s a not good when you don’t know what is going on and they just letting your wait unknown.
The receptionist had to translate to avoid misunderstanding. Again - Thank a for this excellent service.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay in. All's good. Location is convenient and the staff is super friendly. The room has good AC and there is everything in the room that is needed.
The only thing that was missing is a small bar in the room. At least a bottle of water or a soft drink...
