Breakfast was fantastic. typical EU spread. cheeses, sausages, breads, fruits, Juices, Coffee machine, etc. scrambled eggs and bacon were around the corner. good stuff.
I don't think the bathroom fan worked....got foggy, and the water splashed out of the shower....i don't think i'm an overly vigorous showerer

We got there late but they still treated us wonderfully. The rooms are gorgeous.
Parking is a bit cramped. They can’t really fix that though.

We stayed at Hotel Ana for three nights on our way back from Copenhagen. Excellent hotel in a quiet area but near to station and easy walk into town. We liked the German art nouveau features of the hotel and neighbourhood. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. Clean room with adjacent bathroom. Please thank the lady who prepared our excellent 'take-away' breakfast for our early start to catch a train. Thanks to her also for letting me back into our room to retrieve my mobile phone which I had stupidly left behind and had to hurry back for.

Check in man was friendly efficient and very helpful with the WiFi and directions to the city . Was within walking distances.
No way to make coffee . Our water glasses were stuck to the tray with something, wasn’t from being wet . We had fantastic parking within the complex 10 euro a day but if it would have been full it would have a nightmare.

There was a proper kitchen, with pans, toaster, coffee machine, oven and basic cutlery. De shower is big enough, the bed was comfy. There was plenty of storage capacity for all times of products and clothing. The windows opened, the lights were fancy and the sun block methods worked really well. Customer services were available and helpful, and fluent enough in English.
The kitchen would've been perfect with some wooden/plastic spatulas (There was only metal) and a microwave. The main light in the main room was a bit dim.

Pretty cozy little apartment, with a surprisingly well-equipped kitchenette
Very convenient location just steps from the train station, but on a quiet street
Arrived before 3pm but weren’t allowed to check in until after 4. I suspect they were simply short staffed that day, but no explanation was offered for the delay

Parking is a bit touch and go, the room was at the very top of the building with no lift! lifting heavy cases up could be problematic

Great central location. Good value, friendly staff that made sure we get in safely.
Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Two narrow mattresses with an annoying divide between them. You could at least put an extra layer on top of those. Poorly equipped kitchen. It wouldn't cost much to buy a few extra pots and tools. Parking is extremely tight (SUVs have to fold mirrors and it's still risky).

I should have read the details on the amount of stairs, which made it difficult with all the luggage.

This is a wonderful location near railway and historic centre. Staff were very helpful. The rooms were very charming and the beds comfortable. All facilities were in perfect order and well laid out. We enjoyed the view of old houses opposite. The tiny lift was welcome for moving luggage. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Hey there,
That was just a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is super as it is just 5 min walking of the central bus and train station and just 10 min walking of the historical city center, but out of the noisy and touristic areas.
Breakfasts were very good and the service staff is totally friendly.
The idea of the self-service lobby bar is absolutely cool.
Bed stuff was unfortunately not as good. Bed itself was too soft (indeed ones love this) and blankets were too small even for one person.

Atmosphere is lovely in hotel, breakfast is very nice.
Room number 21 needs to have bed changed. Bed is very soft. My husband is 77kg and got back pain a day later. So it is not comfortable at all.
