Rooms are really clean and big,
Staff is very good and always smiling,
Location to visit city center is good
Limited breakfast buffet (we came to breakfast at about 9.30pm on Sunday. Pancakes were finished, bacon was not there),
From hauptbahnhof till the hotel - walk is a bit through the shady area.

The hotel is close to the city centre and all the important landmarks. It is walking distance from the main train station and in general you can walk anywhere from there. The room was spacious and clean. I also liked that they have a green mentality and the rooms are cleaned upon request and not necessarily daily. In this way we could relax in the room some mornings without and rush to go out. Last but definitely not least, the breakfast was truly amazing! There was a large variety of sweet and salty foods that you can choose while the coffee machine was available for free throughout most of the day. You can also chill in the breakfast area beyond the breakfast time. If there are any leftover croissants, you can definitely find them there! The staff was very polite and easy going.
There would be just minor issues, such as public transportation. To the best of my understanding you need to walk to the train station that is around 8 minutes on foot. Pretty straightforward though. The breakfast area could get a bit crowded sometimes as it is a bit small, but the staff are doing an excellent job to accommodate everyone. I also realised that there is no phone in the room. It's been years that I actually used one, but I wasn't quite sure whom to contact in case something was needed. Naturally this is a minor issue. Lastly, I would also prefer to have a double mattress instead of two separate ones.

Wonderful
Without any doubt Magda at reception and the personnel in general. Magda is the kind of person who brings value to an establishment; she's warm, empathetic, professional, kind, attentive, a good soul who goes above and beyond for the guests. I do hope the Direction of this hotel promotes her; she's pure gold.
Nothing to dislike at this hotel.

There was no one at the reception desk when we arrived at 18 :45. The next day there was only one lady in charge of breakfast and the reception desk. She didn’t speak German or English and caused us a lot of trouble with resolving a payment issue.

I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the coffee, so I had tee instead. The building interior, although clean and modern, was rather thin, so footsteps could be heard both in the hallway and upstairs.

The only thing I wish was different was the music at the breakfast buffet. It was loud techno/up-tempo, annoying and not exactly what you want to hear in the morning. I could suggest a Spotify playlist like "Morning Coffee". It contains varied but quiet music that most people like.

The hotel is close to the town centre which you can walk to via the park at the end of the street. The room was very large and two separate spaces for our children to have their own room. The staff were very friendly and really enjoyed our stay.
