The hotel is close to the town centre which you can walk to via the park at the end of the street. The room was very large and two separate spaces for our children to have their own room. The staff were very friendly and really enjoyed our stay.

The lights in the room I had booked didn't work so I was moved (upgraded) to a different one and was very grateful for that, so no complaints there! The person on the desk when I checked in was very helpful. It's a good location.
The lack of staff on the front desk at any time during the evening or weekend was something of a worry. When I checked out on Monday morning, there was nobody on the desk so I just left the room key and went. It felt generally very thin on the service aspect. Perhaps not servicing the room is part of the operation model, and this is reflected in the price. For an Art hotel, there didn't seem to be much art on show. A few more pictures would make the place look less clinical.

Excellent breakfast. Nice and comfortable hotel, friendly staff. The historical center is only a short walk away (10 minutes). We came late for checkin but the procedure for latecomers is very will explained so that we could let ourselves in very easily.

The room was spacious, but unfortunately not very clean. Breakfast was disappointing – very limited choice, with a grey, unappetising omelette that was frankly inedible, and no menu options for kids. Parking is another major issue: there are not enough spaces, and if you arrive in the evening you’ll struggle to find a spot. The worst part was the customer service. When we called for help to locate nearby parking, the lady on the Customer Service Line was rude, unhelpful, and simply told us to “use Google.” Her poor English made communication even harder. Overall, this hotel was a letdown. I would not recommend it.
