Comfy, clean except for one walnut behind the curtains. Good value for money, food is good, especially Caesar salad.
It was very cold in the room and the system wouldn’t let you adjust the temperature for more than 5 degrees. With that, the temperature was not rising above 19.5° C. The nice lady at the front desk gave us an additional heater. The next day the problem was fixed. Also, the hotel is clearly understaffed. Have been waiting for more than 20 minutes for check in.

Breakfast was ok but i would like to have little more as options. It was not bad but it would be great to have little more.
Room size is great and cleanliness was great .
Staff are nice and supportive.
Payment for the parking spot which is 11.80 Euro for a day.

The staff, overall cleaniness
Toilet supply was empty, water kettle not available, Couldn't reach the reception over phone from the room. Had booked a double size bed, while what we have got was two single beds.

We reserved 2 rooms, however we only got one since the hotel required information about the credit card in advance.
I always use the same type of booking across different hotels in booking.com and it is the first time that I don’t get the room I booked.
Perhaps that information should be more clear when people is booking since when you are driving across countries you are not checking your email and I didn’t get a call informing about it.

Free drinks after mess up with parking
No parking, needed to park at airport which costs 25 euro per night! Light above toilet is blinking, mold on showerdoor. No teabags, a tv remove that is not working
First time card wasnt working of the room. Very bad pillows, you cant call them pillows so flat!

Nice clean room and bathroom.
You need to park your car on street parking as Hotel dont have there own parking spots.although my room phone was not in working condition.Also they dont provide any complimentary water bottle.

The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly, the breakfast was also good
The parking was super busy, and the hotel has not parking space, was very difficult to find something, only 15 min walking far away from the hotel

Basic Holiday Inn hotel next to the airport. Clean rooms - quiet. Good tram connection to the town center. Breakfast was overly crowded and not the greatest of quality.
