Very Good
The hotel, is like a family hotel type and is above a good and nice restaurant. The owner was very friendly and the staff too.
I liked it the most the good location, near the central station and river bank. Also good location to go in the heart of Vegesack pedonale.

Location was good, así we had a reunión closeby. Beds were soft, bath was ok.
During check-in, the attending lady told us: "There will be no breakfast tomorrow. And we will have a party until 2am". The noise of the party went until 2:30 am, impossible to sleep. I made the reservation on short notice, and they should have alerted us about the event when doing the reservation. We would have looked for another option. There was no one there to receive the room key in the morning, so we dropped it in the mailbox.

Loved the look of the hotel. Great location, easy to find straight off the ferry. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Some quirky bits, but that did add to the character. A few slightly broken curtains but apart from that, can’t complain.

This small cozy hotel was such a nice surprise. The staff is super friendly and make you feel so welcome. Travelling as a woman alone, each evening was welcomed with a lovely hug from the hostess and a friendly chat asking about my day. And the lady at breakfast is also such a sweetheart. This personal touch you will never find at the big hotel chains. Those might be fancier, but have no personality like this place

I liked the location. I liked the place. I liked the staff. The breakfast was so-so for 14 euro. But maybe these are such prices today.
I didn't like that last night the guests in the next room were very loud talking and playing music till 2:00-3:00 until I knocked on their door and music stopped but talking still continued. So my sleep was destroyed. Maybe the hotel should have put it into the rules that guests sign when they give credit card information. Not sure which survey category it should belong to. You guys are experts on this.
