The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, it's located near some good restaurants so all in all it's a good stop for the night.
Needs tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Nice modern room in a location close to the old city centre.
No hot water due to a technical issue. That can happen, but the way the staff dealt with it was very disappointing. We were offered the option to shower in a hotel down the street, but nothing else. We had to bed for a discount and got €5 off and vouchers for drinks. But not red wine, which they didn’t serve in their limited bar. And restaurant was closed. Only reason we still score this a 6 is because of the front desk staff member the next morning, who offered us complimentary breakfast once we shared our experience.

I had requested parking for my car and they had made a note of it so I got a space.
Only 20 parking spaces available, almost all hotels in the city center have the same problem. When stopping in town while enroute to or from holidays elsewhere it is more reassuring to have a packed car parked on hotel grounds than elsewhere.

Clean, comfortable and a short walk to the train station and local restaurants and attractions. Rooms were spacious and modern

Great location. Walking distance to many hot spots and tourist attractions.

Easy and fast check in & out
The beds were very old, the pillows were extremely low-quality and uncomfortable, and everything in the hotel was very outdated. The carpets on the floor were dirty and stained, and some even had burn marks. The German-origin bald waiter at breakfast was extremely rude, unpleasant, and obnoxious.

The only available room was just next to lift
After 20m debate finally reception understood my need that I need just a sleep in a quiet room
They upgraded room for free

They could probably do as a favor without 20m debate finally reception
Because of hotel cannot accommodate you for the current category they have to upgrade and apologize
That is all
But instead receptionist said that is not normal what you requested
But overall they are very helpful and understandable
I really liked my stay

Breakfast was excellent no words very very delicious
