Wonderful
The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was really good, with an abundant selection and very attentive staff. I loved the way the hotel sits in the front of a large natural park with walking trails, ponds, and lots of trees.
The only complaint that I had was the artwork on the second floor. Its style does not fit with the elegant motel and was completely out of place.

Nice location in a park, but a bit walking distance to the center. There is public c transport close by though.
We stayed over Christmas and a few days before. The hotel was unable to make dinner reservations for us on December 24 in either one of the restaurants at any time (we were flexible). We asked on December 22 at check in, but the evening staff wasn’t able to make reservations nor have information about availability. They offered to call to make reservations in a different restaurant and call us back, but did not call us back.
Odd thing on December 23 for a 5 star hotel at breakfast: about 30-40 people (some older) were waiting in line be to be seated for breakfast. The gentleman at the breakfast room seemed overwhelmed and unable to pivot to open additional rooms or serve coffee to guests waiting. Again, not what you expected for 5 stars. They fixed it for breakfast in December 24 and opened additional rooms.
The spa closed earlier on December 24, but no information about this the previous day although I specifically asked.

Nice location, friendly staff and possibility to charge electric car. The atmosphere and quality in the bar and restaurant is very nice, albeit it overpriced.
The hotel needs some renovation. Most of the facilities, including the spa, feel seriously outdated.
Paying 15 EUR per night for parking outside the hotel is exaggerated...

The hotel had a nice wellness area with a sauna and pool, a good breakfast with dairy-free options, and comfortable bed. Good slippers.
Parking was limited and cost €15 per night, there were no gluten-free options, and the room lacked air conditioning. Only one robe and pair of slippers were provided upon arrival. The hotel also didn’t feel as luxurious as expected. The nearby park didn’t feel safe to walk through in the evening, and there was a noticeable smell of smoke in several areas. Be aware that the sauna area follows a no-swimsuit (nude) policy, which might not suit everyone.

Unbeatable location, close to the beautiful Bürgerpark, great views from all rooms. Great room, one of the best breakfast restaurants I know. Mostly extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Place has seen it‘s best days, audience and decor-wise. Bizarre clash of worlds between campers who overnight, Tesla Steves constantly on „important“ calls and the hotel staff who tries to hold up an upscale vibe in the mid of that. Spa doesn‘t hold up to it‘s reputation imho. Expensive.

- Bar doesn’t deliver drinks to other public areas - guest have to carry them themselves
- After 9:00pm only pre-maid pizza
- It was a hot day and hotel has no A/C
- Not enough parking spots
- No smart TV - No streaming/casting possible

The hotel is in a very beautiful and quiet park. It is easy to park. My daughter enjoyed the hiking and feeding ducks/pigeons at the lake. The breakfast is good.

This is The Place to rent in Bremen. Spa, Cigar lounge, an amazing park surrounding the hotel. If I could I'd stay there for an extra day just to enjoy the hotel and what it offers a day longer.

The Parkhotel is definitely a luxury spot with beautiful gardens, a nice cake and coffee terrace and a wonderful breakfast buffet! The staff is friendly and attentive. Parking is on site. It's a little outside of town, but a short taxi ride or long stroll to the city center.

The location in the huge historical park with gorgeous trees and sculptures. The grand hotel vibe and the very good service and delicious food service for dinner. Breakfast was fantastic with a fabulous breakfast buffet.
