Beautiful hotel, clean, we got an upgrade but feel this was done more for the fact of a wedding celebration happening at the hotel so not to be too much affected
Queuing for at least 15-20 minutes for breakfast on the Sunday morning, breakfast selection had not been replenished so not much choice, we found an extractor cover had fallen off over the bath, the room television was not working. Found the staff disinterested.

Great building between a lake and a park, the room was luxurious, comfortable and clean.
Parking is somewhat limited, and costs: outside 15 euro and parking inside is 30 a day. Steep but fair I guess.
If you have a dog it’s an extra 30 euro per day! Just so you know, before you check in at the hotel.

WoW! a large equipped fitness center, great breakfast, nice pool and saunas, beutiful design of the building and gardens and all of that is locates on the edges of a beautiful park

Very nice hotel, beautiful location and set up. Our room was excellent, view to the lake, very clean. Fantastic breakfast.This place is highly recommended!
Nothing, perhaps the food in the restaurant should be less salty but the service was great.

What's not to like? :).
The room had a wonderful view of the park. It was clean and there was air conditioning. Also.. it was a good size room.
We enjoyed the facilities, of course, such as the pool and the sports center.
I can't say there was something I didn't like. Perhaps the fact that we stayed too little :).

Unbeatable location, close to the beautiful Bürgerpark, great views from all rooms. Great room, one of the best breakfast restaurants I know. Mostly extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Place has seen it‘s best days, audience and decor-wise. Bizarre clash of worlds between campers who overnight, Tesla Steves constantly on „important“ calls and the hotel staff who tries to hold up an upscale vibe in the mid of that. Spa doesn‘t hold up to it‘s reputation imho. Expensive.
