Very high-quality place with a relaxing athmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Lovely SPA area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice and helpful staff in the reception area as well as in restaurant Kuppelhall. Food excellent, we had the schnitzel. They were all friendly towards our dog and it was perfect to take a walk in the park.
One very basic thing would need improvement and that is the cleaning. For a five star hotel you don’t expect to see spider webs inside the windows and on the balcony railing, or to see a dirty bathroom mirror.

The hotel was very well located by the park, which was beautiful, and not far from the town centre. The hotel was very spacious, well-decorated and comfortable.
We had dinner in the main restaurant one night - it wasn't available on the last night, which was disappointing as after a day walking round Hamburg, we got back to the hotel to be told there were no tables available all night. The one dinner we did have suffered from incredibly slow service, the starter appeared before the drinks and we received an apology for the late dessert, which was because they were focusing on their other restaurant. The menu was also extremely limited. The meal I chose was salmon and sea bream - this appeared and I was told it was salmon and sea bass, which it was. The bill still showed sea bream.
The other problem with the hotel was breakfast. We had 3 of those. On the first we were told a table for 4 was "impossible" and to come back in 5 minutes. On the 3rd, after a night a party at the hotel blared out music until midnight, we stood in a queue of 24 people and waited for 30 minutes before we were shown to a table for 4. Unfortunately it had only half the cups, serviettes and cutlery required and it proved a challenge to get them.
The hotel has lots of space but it is badly organised and the staff supposedly organising the hotel appear incompetent. There is insufficient space in the breakfast room and in the main dining room. It would be such a great hotel of they could sort it out - perhaps shut the second restaurant and the superfluous smoking room, put more tables in and extend the dinner time food offering.

The hotel is set in a lovely park and we had a room with a view of the lake and fountain. We enjoyed the outside pool. Having a balcony was great for morning coffee with a view.
The dinner menu was a little limited, but we did enjoy the meals we chose.

Spa was really nice: clean, different rooms with different temperature levels. No extra charges. Swimming pool with warm water under the sky. Breakfast was nice, but nothing special. Hotel location is nice: next to the park and about 15 min walk from the center. Parking on site had enough space.

In general everything is good! Good breakfast, good service at the restaurant! Wonderful park!!! Good spa and pool area!
1. Clean some of you common area carpets
2. Consider changing old doors (in the private spa area the door is doing so much noise;)))
3. No ramp for disabled and luggage at the main entrance

The hotel was well located, clean and spacious, with friendly staff
The stay was spoiled by lack of sleep. There was an intermittent electrical noise in my room that the staff 'could not locate'. There was also a very loud party directly beneath my room on a Saturday night beginning at midnight and continuing for 2 hours. This was then followed by people laughing and shouting up until 4.30am. Staff on reception were unable to offer alternative rooms as the hotel was full. I have subsequently tried to contact the management regarding this issue, but my emails are returned automatically with the comment 'recipients mailbox full'.

Room was excellent, bar and restaurant was exceptional, if a bit on the higher price band, but would still highly recormend and would go again. Grounds / park is worth it alone.
No air-con - which wasn't a problem for us but in the heat of summer might be.
