Wonderful
Love the spa facilities and heated outdoor pool.
Staff in the restaurant were slow. Decided against dining here for this reason.

The Location is perfect and the sourroundings are beautiful, breakfast was also good.
Check-in was at 3pm, but the room was not ready until 17pm, so we had to wait for two hours and once we got the room it was not very well cleaned and there even were a forgotten pair of glasses and a hair brush from the previous guest. And the pictures did not match at all - we booked a junior suite and on the picyures there were a balcony and sofa group. This was not in our room - we asked about it and they said that all junior suites are different... Lastly the restaurant forgot part of our orders each times we went there and the kitchen also forgot our order for dinner - so we waited 1 hour for a 1 course meal, and the table we were seated at had not been wiped down from the previous guests. The staff had just placed clean cutlery on a dirty table - this was corrected when we told them and they said it was a bit embarrising for them.

The hotel needs some renovation. Most of the facilities, including the spa, feel seriously outdated. Paying 15 EUR per night for parking outside the hotel is exaggerated...

I have to say this was a pretty disappointing stay. I had emailed the hotel before our stay asking if we could check in an hour earlier since I had picked up my brother who had recently had a stroke and we would get there an hour early. I also mentioned it was my birthday during my stay. It was very disappointing that this 5 star hotel could not be bothered to even reply to my message. So on the day of our stay, which was an incredibly rainy and wet day, we just had to hang around not knowing if he could check in or not. I then mentioned my email at check-in. The guy was incredibly rude and unprofessional and just barked at me that “ it had been very busy” before checking us into the furthest away most basic room. The room was missing any basic amenities like bathrobe for the spa and slippers, which according to the spa lady should’ve been there. The spa itself is very basic and small, definitely not worth coming there for that, definitely not worth the money.

The hotel had a nice wellness area with a sauna and pool, a good breakfast with dairy-free options, and comfortable bed. Good slippers.
Parking was limited and cost €15 per night, there were no gluten-free options, and the room lacked air conditioning. Only one robe and pair of slippers were provided upon arrival. The hotel also didn’t feel as luxurious as expected. The nearby park didn’t feel safe to walk through in the evening, and there was a noticeable smell of smoke in several areas. Be aware that the sauna area follows a no-swimsuit (nude) policy, which might not suit everyone.
