House keeping was below our expextation. During the 4 days of accomodation they didnt cahanged towels and bedding sets. Additionally Bathroom drainage system was in the bad condition and hasnt worked. “After taking a shower, water was collecting in the bathroom and overflowing into this room.”
Brekfast were under below our expectation.

Location is very good.
The wifi reception may be not working in some rooms. But I am happy that the front desk rearranges me to another room where you have an acceptable wifi. I appreciate that.

Convenient location, just outside the train station. Good breakfast. Room was clean and spacious, no complaints.

The location is excellent.
From the bed, to the prices charged by the hotel for accommodation and meals. Another thing I didn't like was that I asked for a receipt when I left and was told that it would be sent by email, but I haven't received anything yet.

The room was clean, a good size, and modern in design. It felt fresh and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable.
Because the hotel is close to the train station, some noise from announcements could be heard when the window was open. I also found that housekeeping sometimes entered the room to check if it was ready for cleaning instead of knocking and waiting, which affected privacy.
