Great hotel, history visually displayed. Eine Art der Auseinandersetzung findet statt. huge phozographs of ships and oceans mounted with care. lovely interor. good value overall. location convenient - back-exit of "main station" in bremen. 3mins walk to "Messe".
as design Professional i enjoyed the overall theme of the interior design of courtyard (die grosse weite fahrt in die welt hinaus- 'exploration and traderoutes on water in former "glamerous - intellectual northern german times) historic moments in german history - a glimpse of hope A sense of exploration translates into its interior design as mentioned before. small self catering indoor 'shop'24/7. fridndly restaurant professionals. front desk staff NOT to any international standard. It takes grately off the overal experience.
