Location is great. Next to the attractions and Christmas Market. Near the river and the walking/jogging path. Receptionists were very helpful even though they could let me early check in at 10 AM until 3 PM. It was understandable but disappointed after my 15-hour journey .
There is a bar behind the hotel. The noise got in the room (on 3rd floor). Main entrance is on the back. Made it a little inconvenient. The front entrance is for the restaurant.

This place is situated next to the square. You walk out and you are directly in the centre of Bremen. Especially during the Christmas market this is perfect.
Also the parking is perfect, directly behind the hotel.
The staff at the reception is very frinedly and helpful. I'm looking forward to meet them again next year.
The room was delightfully decorated and clean. The bed was great, so was the bathroom.
The breakfast is a la carte and is good.
There were not to many ammendments in the bathroom, but for me not disturbing.
I couldn't find the main switch for the small light in the room, so I had to switch them of each by themsleves.
The waiter at the breakfast was not the friendliest. But he did his job. In comparisson with the other staff it didn't fit.

The bedroom was large, comfortable and had a nice bathroom. We didn’t have breakfast but the cafe that served it downstairs looked very nice.
The only slight negative was that the shower temperature changed while you were in it. You could compensate for it easily by adjusting the tap temperature though.

The best location in Bremen, overlooking the beautiful Marktplatz. Spacious room and wonderful café. I’ve stayed here multiple times.
As a Hotel resident couldn’t there be a discount or breakfast voucher?

The room was clean and spacious for a hotel in the city center. Much to my pleasure, the hotel and surroundings were quiet, despite the top central location. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was superb, on account of the location and service.
I think an extra towel, or at least a bigger one would've been in order. You only get 1 medium-sized towel that can be used after a shower. Maybe I could've asked, but to be honest it didn't bother me that much.

Disappointing
Noise from external: At 4 a.m. in the morning the City started cleaning the stairs in front of the Parliament building with heavy machines. I am not noise sensitive, but this made it impossible to sleep even with closed windows. At 6.30 a.m. trucks park in front of the window to deliver food to the restaurants. The cooling devices are extremely noisy! ; Further I mentioned to the staff they should paint one wall due to stains of... I don't want to know what...

Location on the main square was excellent.
The personalised rooms were very tasteful.
The availability of late breakfast time really helps.
Staff were very friendly.
In particular Senka kindly showed us around some other rooms and we are interested in coming back for example the opera room and the suite.
We also loved the room 22 pineapple room, that we were staying in.
Downstairs, there is no common area, or hotel lobby. Only the café itself.
We understand this is because the hotel has grown from the restaurant downstairs. Also that some future expansion is planned, which will be great to see.
One small point is lack of complimentary bottles of water in the room that would be a good thing to supply.

Great location and great staff.
When you buy breakfast its ok to take between 15-20 euro thats normal. But here you pay extra for coffee and juice. The breakfast cost almost 60 euro( 2 pers).
When you offer to buy breakfast it should at least include coffee and juice.
If you drink 2 coffee and 2 glasses of juice you are over 70 euro. This is not accetable on a Hotel at this standard.
