The hotel was comfy, cosy, and clean. Went for Christmas markets and they are directly across the street. No more than a 15 minute walk from anywhere you’d want to go and a very quick bus ride to the train station and airport both. Very quiet for being so central. The cafe right downstairs is extremely convenient. But the best part was the woman in reception, Sanka! Warm, friendly, and so helpful. Stay here and hope you get to meet her! She is a jewel!

Location is great. Next to the attractions and Christmas Market. Near the river and the walking/jogging path. Receptionists were very helpful even though they could let me early check in at 10 AM until 3 PM. It was understandable but disappointed after my 15-hour journey .
There is a bar behind the hotel. The noise got in the room (on 3rd floor). Main entrance is on the back. Made it a little inconvenient. The front entrance is for the restaurant.

The kind lady who booked my room was memorable I her incredible kindness. She was helpful, welcoming, and I made sure I was well cared for.
Nothing expect that one of the bathroom fixtures fell off in the shower. It wasn’t a big deal as it didn’t impact my shower experience.

Location is amazing and the restaurant/cafe is great
The A/C was extremely noisy. Made a sound like water filling pipes every time it ran. Was hard to sleep.

Sanka (sp?) at the front desk was great. She is so friendly and warm. Made us feel very welcomed. If my company was in Bremen I would hire her away from the hotel. Just excellent.

Location right on the main Marktplatz (plaza) above a café and feels like a secret hideaway. So well run - the café did a superlative breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and such a value!! Great for a family - the sofa bed in our room was separated with a (glass) door for (some) privacy. Honestly can’t recommend this place more.
Slippery shower floor, be sure to put down a mat!

The location of this hotel could not have been better, as we were right on the main plaza. And yet the room was very quiet and comfortable at night.
