Perfect location close to the Bruker center and a beautiful big park. Nice sauna accessible free of charge. Breakfast was ok.
Women at the reception during check out was not very friendly and was visibly annoyed when I requested that they add company name on the already created bill. During my 3 night stay, my room wasn't cleaned at all. Parts of the hotel were visibly dirty (carpets, windows). It took 20 mins to get hot water for showering. Felt more like 3 star hotel, rather than 4 star.

The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable including the bed and pillows. Breakfast was exceptionally good.
Receptionist took a very long time to serve, at the same time talking on the phone ignoring customers. Some mix up with bookings, receptionist asking me to pay again for already paid room.

I only like this location, otherwise nothing good for me.
I stayed for seven days, but not once did anyone ask me what kind of coffee I wanted with breakfast. The service is getting worse year after year. The mattress was extremely soft and made noise whenever I moved. This hotel really needs a proper renovation—I was truly disappointed.

The hotel is right next to Bürgerpark and very close to the Universum science center, making it ideal for family outings and walks. They also offer convenient parking with car chargers, and the staff were very nice. Absolutely value for money — overall, a comfortable stay in a great location
They don’t have connected rooms, which would have been very useful for families.

Easy to access. Close to Parkrun start. Late breakfast.
The check-in process was slow.
Checkout time compared to late breakfast didn't quite give enough time to shower, breakfast, and check out on time after the Parkrun.
The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Parking should be discounted for guests or guests directed to alternative free parking, I.e. Unisee Park.
