Location, staff, breakfast, room's size, easy check-in and check-out
eur28 for breakfast, even that rich, is a bit too much in germany in my view
because of pre-set airco the temperature in a room was too high, so only opened window helped, but in my case it was too noisy becasue of the main street underneath

The location was great, walking distance to all main attraction sites. Our room was in the new part and was satisfying in every asset. The size of the room was well enough for 2 persons. As there was snow storm during our stay we had to spent a lot of time in the room. The couch by the window was cozy with a view. The open wardrobe space is really a good idea and very user friendly. In general the hotel and the room was very clean. Their attendance in green stay is positive. The staff was helpful. The service and the drinks in the bar were good. Breakfast may seem a bit overpriced but there was great variety of dishes. It could be considered like a brunch. Overall Atlantic Grand was just the right choice for us.

Most of the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The lounge and the service were excellent and we spoke to one of the cleaning staff early in the morning who was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better.
It would be nice to be able to book a parking space together with the room, but luckily, there were enough spaces.

We were only one street away from the Christmas market so we were able to come and go with no hassle.
The bed was split down the middle.
