The room itself was quite good.
No power point near the bed, the neighbourhood and building seemed run-down and dangerous. There was four flights of stairs with no elevator to access the room.

Close to the tram stop and Altstadt, very nice shower. 2 separate beds, but decent quality.
No bathroom stocks like shampoo present, no dish soap or tea towel to do dishes with. Street parking is almost not doable, we spend 15 minutes aimlessly driving around trying to find a parking spot. No central check-in, so you have to call them when you arrive. Cash only. No check-out instructions whatsoever

The location is good. The room itself was okay.
There were no instructions of how to do the check-in. The woman that ended up doing the check-in didn't really speak German or English. The bathroom was quite dirty but that might have been another guest. It did get cleaned. I stayed two days and both days the staff opened or tried to open my door in the morning without knocking. I locked my door after the first time it happened. I felt a bit uncomfortable during my stay.
