Good
The woman who gave me the keyes to my room was very friendly and nice. I liked the room, it had all the nessesities. The atmosphere was calm and nice, and the location is quite good, its easy to go to the city center from there.
The bathroom temperature was a bit cold. The accommodation didn't reply to my messages, but that's probably because I unfortunately don't speak German. In the morning, a funny incident happened when the landlord wanted to enter my room without knocking, even though it was still an hour before check-out.

Very Good
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Also, the people who also stayed there weren't noisy so we could rest well.
The check-in time was too late and the check-out was too early. I have stayed in other locations where the check-in was in the morning and the check-out was in the afternoon.

Wonderful
Very good value. Very nice staff. Very clean. Kitchen available with water kettle, microwave and fridge. Wifi. Close to public transport (tran 4, stop Rosenpfad). Quiet area. Not accessible if you have mobility issues: typical bremen houses have steep stairs with high and tiny steps, but here this is extreme. Difficult to bring large baggage. 2 floors (over ground floor), no lift. Dining possibility nearby: 1 turkish bistro about 8 minutes on foot far. Take toilet paper with you as there was none and the only contact with staff is to pay cash upon arrival and take the key. No reception. No smoking. Cannot take guests there, no common area available except kitchen. Ukrainian speaking staff efficiently communicates via google translate in other languages. No breakfast inckusive. No mirror. City tax 5% not inclusive.
Toilet paper not available.

Good
Room was a good size and coffee machine handy, easily walkable to Bremen centre.
For a solo traveller this was a handy location with hostel pricing for a private room. Couldn't ask for more at the price point.
Strange check in situation, not a problem and the staff very nice, but could be better detailed at stage of booking.

Wonderful
Was a small cosy apartment perfect for me and my partner to stay the night. The tram was just outside which went directly to the centre of Bremen. We don't know any German and the owner knew a little English but we still managed to communicate in other methods which was a laugh. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. Definitely recommend.
The only thing I can fault about the apartment is a few more cooking utensils would've been nice to cook with.

Wonderful
It's a nice little apartment in a complex on a quiet street. You can hear the tram go by, but that's a good thing because you can take it to get to the city center or anywhere else you need to go. The tram stop is really close. The apartment is well furnished. The one we got had three stairs inside, with two single beds, one on the top part, one on the lower part. Bathroom nice and clean and up to current standards, kitchen very well equipped for a longer stay with everything you might need included (pots, pans, utensils, even some non-perishable ingredients/spices), friendly staff.
There's a skylight in the kitchen and no door between the kitchen and the sleeping area, so we woke up at 5 with the sun, as there's no way to block out the sun. That was the only issue we had, but if you don't go there around the end of June or like to wake early, you should not have a problem with this.

Very helpful lady who even managed my late night check-in. Danke nochmal!
Coffee would be good. Stairway with luggage could be difficult for some travellers.

Fair
The studio is well furnished, and there is free public parking close to the building
The place was smelling bad, like dirty old clothes. And we found blond long hair on the bed sheet.
We could not reach them via phone. Only the first time they answered..after that not.

I only stayed for one night but the independence the structure accords you was very useful for my travel timeline! Few simple rules to follow. Bremen is beautiful, it's definitely worth a visit! The hotel is thirty minutes far from the city centre, but you can reach the river Wesel which is behind the main street and walk on the side of it: I guarantee you, it is worth it!

Disappointing
I arrive at 2pm, but the check was at 4pm wich I didn read, but is ok, the problem that i ask for take my logage, I was tired for a long trip they say NO, and they did no ofered me water, or a place to wait, so I came back to the streets.

Poor
It was a nice place and cleaned.
I really ... Really felt uncomfortable in this place.
Extremely unfriendly stuff and disappointing service.
By the way, they will charge you extra for taxes for your stay ( it might be Normal but other places didn't in Bremen, even cheaper one so I don't think they should) and you probably won't get any bill for it like i didn't get the receipt.
They can't even speak English nor German but is is ok with a translator.
The place has no door bell so unless you call someone who won't even manage to get it.
The woman there watches every move and complains even if you quietly fart i guess. ( Joke)
. But seriously, she will almost scream at you if the sink gets a little wet while you are washing the dishes. She will kick you out at 10 although you left the room you cannot stay in the common area not even for 5 minutes which never happened to be anywhere in the world and i travel a Lot.
Check in at 16 is ridiculous.
No service like if you need to leave your bag for a couple of hours for example....
You are definitely not welcome there!
I would rather pay a little more and get worse room if it means I will feel better.
By the way if you book through other websites ( I don't wanna make advertising) they don't confirm it so you just hang for 24 hours then it gets automatically cancelled, you book again and the same thing happens..

We had the room with two beds, it was complete, modern and clean. The host was kind.
Above our beds was a window in the ceiling with no curtains, with these short nights (end June) we where awake at 4AM
