We had a short stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, including the bed linen and towels, which we really appreciated. The reception staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. The elevator was working well, and there was a nice area for kids near the reception. We also liked that late check-in was possible, as it made our arrival much more convenient. There was soap in the bathroom—not a lot, but enough for our one-night stay. We noticed in the morning that there is a place to eat at the hotel, and possibly other facilities, although we didn’t have the chance to explore them because of our own programm. Overall, it was a ok place for a one-night stay and offered good value for money.
It would have been nice to receive a response to messages sent via Booking.com. Better information about how to reserve parking would also be helpful. However, we found a parking place about 5 minutes from the hotel, which is a plus for the location. The furniture leaves much to be desired — the children’s beds creak a lot and feel unstable. The toilet seat was cracked, and the walls were dirty, with chipped plaster in several places. The coffee table was very unstable, as the tabletop was not properly attached. The view from the window was also disappointing, as it was just a wall. Perhaps this outdoor area people can see from this room could be improved with some flowers and trees, which would make it look much nicer.
