Location is quite close to the train station the neighborhood isn’t too pleasant but not far from main areas of interest. Some of the guest here were unpleasant. Place is was cleanish.

Helpful staff. Great location as it is near bus stop. I even got free buffet as I reached quite late and they were just going to discard the buffet, so when I asked them where can I find good food nearby, they offered me the buffet.
Charging point wasn't working but they fixed it immediately.
But a great value for money.
Washroom was a bit smelly but it could be due to roommates as I stayed only for a day.

Staff were helpful, kitchen supplies are kept behind the desk I think to prevent theft, but easy enough once you just ask. Kitchen was decent for price. Upgraded me (solo female traveler) to a female dorm upon arrival for no fee, as I had originally booked a mixed dorm.
Sometimes had to wait to cook if others were using the stove. Not a great neighborhood. Creepy guys watching through the window, but security guard made him leave.

Everything about it, even type C charger can be used and the wash rooms are nice
The smoking was too much in front of the building. Before you enter, you have to be welcome by smokers at the entrance. I think you should have a special place for the smokers to smoke. No one should be welcome by smokers.

Location, near by main bus station and city center.
Room, very small doesn't look like on booking photos, not very good clean there were several hairs on flood, walls, sheet bets and towels, windows are very dirty. There was no TV remote in the room. Overall very expensive for what you get and for hostel.
