Overall a mixed experience!
When checking in, the receptionist wanted to upsell a female dorm to me claiming it would only be 1 or 2 Euros more than the mixed dorm I had booked. I agreed and he than charged my credit card 4.50€ more without telling me. As this was like a third of the whole price per night, I asked for a refund. First he asked me to write down my bank details but when I refused, he sent the refund to my credit card. It hasn't shown up on my bank statements yet but I want to believe I'll receive it soon! ☺️

Room was good and clean. Staff good. Location very good. Facility good. Generally was good and recommended, especially for groups and family.
There was one BIG problem, our room was close to highway and it was a really loud noise from the highway.

Disappointing
The beds were alright, check-in was unproblematic.
The room was pretty bleak, didn't feel too comfortable, not especially unclean, but it seemed old. There were quite a lot of signs of use, dents and stuff. Also, it's quite a bit away from the main station, so not ideal.

1. Location: in a good range with the city centre
2. Comfortable beds
3. Reasonable easy to find free parking spots next/close to the hotel.
1. Very basic breakfast.
2. Noisy corridors from the residents
3. The walls of the room were in several parts quite dirty.
4. Not a single glass for drinking in the room
