The location is very good, close to the city center. It was quiet in the rooms and we liked it. The staff were kind and friendly.
The air conditioning system did not work properly. The pillows were not comfortable.

Good location for accessing the city center.
The staff who checked us it was rude. He gave inaccurate directions to our room and then was irritable when I came back and asked for clarification. He himself got lost trying to follow his own directions. After some wandering around in the building he found his way and brusquely told us to go up another staircase. Overall, I expected better for the price we payed.

Nice and cosy hotel in the city center, calm and quiet neighbourhood. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was rich and tasty.
Unstable Wi-Fi. Limited parking space. Bed mattress was uncomfortable (firm edge frame and soft in the middle).

The Hotel was central and parking was free which was very convenient. The staff was helpful and the rooms were cleaned.
For a 4 star Hotel, recognized with duly plate in the front, we were expecting a bit more quality. Granted we had a standard room, but it was nothing special in comparison to the 3 star highway hotel we stayed at the night before while traveling to Braunschweig. Absolutely nothing distinguished the hotel in terms of quality, the facilities were in general old but not antique, more an attempt to show antiquity without the proper maintenance. In our room, the shower hose was half broke and the sheet in one of duvets was even ripped (in picture). The toiletries were pretty basic and provided through a gush out big hotel chain soap bottle. The light in the room was poor and the I internet was so slow we couldn't even make a single Google search... Honestly the hotel looked nice in terms of lobby decoration and it served it's purpose, but we wouldn't pay again over 100, no breakfast, to sleep in a 4 star Hotel that much provides the same quality as cheaper 2/3 star one.
