Very peaceful place for a rest after long drive; no problems with parking; Unesco World heritage towns -Goslar, Quedlinburg - in a half hours time by car; cable car nearby; very good breakfast.
For older persons getting their luggage to the rooms upstairs might be a problem, ask for lower floor rooms in advance.

We had a very nice stay. The breakfast was fine and the staff were very polite and spoke English when we struggled with German. The apartment was very cosy.
The pillows were quite lumpy and flat which made sleeping comfortably difficult. Other than that it was very good.

Stopped off here on the way back from Prague. It was a real gem of a place. We were so happy here that we stayed a second night. We were spoilt with incredible snow and could the enjoy the wonderful spa facilities after a nice long walk in the snow.

Right on the harz hexen stieg and 2 min walking from a pizzeria so perfect for hikers:)

Excellent breakfast, wide spread of options. Lovely garden and location close to the town centre. Easy parking. Honesty bar in reception/lobby.
No reception staff at arrival.

the extra bed very close to bathroom. I think the hotel converted the closet into extra bed space.
