Everything is above average, beside the bad aqustic of the rooms.
You can clearly hear each and every noise from the other rooms. If you are lucky enough to get a noisy neighbour.....here you miss the night sleep.....

I booked under booking.com everything is very clear on my booking my check in date and my check out date. The time I arrived to the reception to check in receptionist is kind of pretending that I am not book. Im very surprised I shown my booking reference to the reception at the end he gives me two rooms as I am staying with my friend in one room were only two people. We went upstairs looking for our room then we realised receptionist gave us two keys of different rooms I went downstairs back to receptionist asking why we got two keys of two different rooms his pretending he doesnt know why. We declined the other room as definitely if we used it I will be charged double the cost. I had a feeling that there were trying to double charge me.
Then upon checking out I am going to pay how much booking.com charges me. Ungrateful they charging me extra night saying I book 3 nights I show them my booking and then told me no you have to pay 3 nights not 2 nights I called 24/7 booking.com helpline raised my concerns how this is happening they confirm I dont need to pay 3 nights only two nights that i booked. This experienced gives me impression of dis honesty in this hotel. There trying to scams more money to me. How about vulnerable people who cant understand fully everything they might succeed to over charge.
Rooms no kettle at all carpet smells and old lift only one is working staff there were not friendly and helpful.
I will give this hotel No star I will never come back to this hotel.

Location was really the only good thing about this hotel.
Beds were very uncomfortable, rooms are really not to the same standard of other Ramada hotels. Doesnt have a safe, when I asked why they said we have a main safe in the reception for guests to use, which kills the entire purpose of a safe. Why would I trust hotel staff with my personal items like bank cards, passports and the usual things you put in a safe. Staff didnt seem particularly bothered thus didnt have a smile or their faces.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good .
The hotel was clean and centrally located.
The bed was worn out, the interior was a bit outdated.
The loud air conditioning was a joke, just blowing warm air into the room. Opening the window invited traffic noise.
