That we had to pay extra money to get the room right away. The room was ready and the receptionist didn’t let us in until we paid extra, if we decided to wait until 14:00, it was free, but why not give it if it’s ready for free? Crazy

Great location, close to the central station, which is very convenient for traveling. The staff checked me in very quickly and I went to my room. It was quite comfortable, which is what you would expect for that price. There are various shops nearby, so you won't go hungry if you don't have breakfast. The bed was amazing.
I didn't really like that the windows faced the road, as I couldn't change with the window open, and the fact that I was on the first floor only made the situation worse. Early in the morning, I was woken up by a knock on the door because the maid wanted to clean the room (but I think it was my fault because I didn't hang the “do not enter” sign). There weren't many toiletries; there was soap for washing your hands, but I can't say that you could wash yourself with the rest of the toiletries.

Clean modern room, great ensuite , nice and quiet great night sleep, All the stuff we’re so friendly and helpful always smiling, a genuine smile can go a long way. I’ll be looking forward to staying there again next time I’m in Germany

The location was quite good, next to the Train Station, room was quite comfortable and it was in direct walking distance to any tram station and the center of town.
The usual issues with being next to a train station, minus the noise.

The room was very nice, with a little ensuit Bathroom. The bed was comfortable (the pillows where a little too hard for me but that's mostly my taste). Breakfast was what you except in a B&B like this, basic, but has everything you need. Good coffee and we also enjoyed the bread, which is not always the case. :) We slept with windows closed, so it was perfectly quiet, but be aware that the hotel is directly adjacent / integrated into the train station, and our room was to the side of the rails, so it might get a little noisy during summer time when you have to keep the window open.
