Very Good
Very clean. Super nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice location in old city
No elevators to 3rd floor ( although manager helped us). No way to get room dark...curtains thin and no blinds. Parking is far from hotel

Wonderful
A beautiful old hotel in the heart of this historic town. Very large, comfortable and clean room, with a huge bed. Really good breakfasts and the restaurant has a great atmosphere and was really enjoyable too, especially sitting outside for a beer on a warm evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel is quirky - a fairy tale theme, in keeping with the hotel name. That won't be to everyone's taste, but just relax and take it as a bit of fun. Parking for guests is close by.
In common with most old hotels, no air conditioning, but a very functional fan was provided which did the job on the very warm late summer nights. Also, lots of stairs to the top floor, which was fine for us, but beware if you have mobility issues.
