The location is great right in the middle of Bernkastel.
We had the penthouse, and it was very spacious and nicely decorated.
The best thing was the restaurant/breakfast. The food was excellent.
You can't park directly at the hotel

Superior room was directly above the kitchen and this was very noisy until around 23:00. Plus (not the fault of the hotel) the church clock chimes every 15 minutes all through the night and for a light sleeper (like me) this made sleeping practically impossible.

Ensuite bathroom was superb and nice size room. Private garage for our motorcycles. Good breakfast and close to all bars and restaurants.

Location was fabulous. Right in Altstadt(Old town).
New owners since last visit. Now Italian restaurant.
Rooms refurbished and very clean. Nice breakfast included each morning. Private garage parking but smaller vehicles only.
Maybe the TV location into sitting room vice bedroom. Although only watched a little bit. Must climb stairs to room is only real drawback if not in good walking shape. Tiny portable refrigerator.
