The complimentary breakfast was great. Very much appreciated. The room was clean. Location for us was great in a quiet neighborhood. We loved Restaurant Ochs.

A cute hotel at a tranquil location on the Keus part of Bernkastel-Keus. Around 15 mins to Bernkastel. Excellent and friendly staff. The room is simple, with everything necessary. Plain in terms of design and functional in terms of accommodation.

The suite was spacious, clean, well equipped for our needs. I like there were slippers and bathrobes in the room. Location also good, within walking distance to old town- around 15min
Breakfast could be better. Unfortunately food overall was very average and not so tasty. The best from all the food was jam. They could use fresh regional produce, this would make a difference.

The food and wine were absolutely amazing.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The terrace was nice to sit out on.
We had room one which was at the front of the hotel, so it was quiet noisy.
The shower cubicle was only small, and you could easily knock the temperature control, which could be nasty.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Very clean and got everything you needed.
The older guy (owner perhaps?) was very rude to the customers and made us at least feel not welcome at the hotel. All the other staff members were very nice and did an excellent job.
