Predrag took great care of us already from the start. From leaving our car keys to checking in. Andreas was very helpful at the breakfast. We had two rooms with connecting doors, so specious and carefully planned. Loved the fact that the bathroom had so many mirrors and also the light so you can apply makeup. Great service at the restaurant, we had deserts in the evening. Location I could not have asked for more.

Reception girl in the Spa was not professional , we had a friend extra in the spa and we mentioned it at the reception and he made us an offer for an extra 15 euros and as we arrived to the spa itold her that , she wanted to charge us 85 euro and made calls to the reception to be sure , she could have done this not in front of us to be Professional
