Wonderful
We really appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection, and the staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Another big plus is the green park directly opposite the hotel, which offers a pleasant space for relaxing, going for a walk or enjoying sporting activities.
Although renovation work was taking place at the hotel during our stay, it didn’t disturb us in the slightest. We heard practically no noise, and the renovation had no negative impact on the comfort of our stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a big park. Tramway stop at the corner, short walk to go to a S-bahn station.
The room is really big, with a large bed, a desk, wardrobe. Large bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink.
Breakfast buffet offers a large variety of food and hot drinks.

Disappointing
The location is easily accessible to bus/tram/metro and very close to great neighborhoods for food, shopping, exploring the city.
The breakfast included was good.
The staff were great and made the stay very easy.
The room was very expensive and not as advertised and a little bit run down.
We got a family suite for 4 adults which was large and had two bedrooms. One bedroom, however, didn't have real beds. They were unsupported cot like structures with mattress on top and very low to the ground. Adults weighing around 130 lbs sunk in the night unsupported by the structure leaving inability to sleep well, almost fwlt like sleeping in a hammock. There was also no dresser or real table in the room, just 3 small side tables randomly placed.about the room. The other bedroom had a more normal bed and a desk.
The toilet leaked water when flushing even when the lid was down - its splashed water under the seat lid leaking out the corner of the toilet to the floor.
There was no kettle in the room for making tea as advertised and had been confirmed as available upon check-in.

The property was clean and location was good. Housekeeping woke me up twice attempting to come into my room in the morning. I only needed a place to stay for one night to get some rest and it was fine but given the interactions with staff I would not stay again.

Very comfortable place to stay! The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I also found the location very convenient, with a plethora of options for eating out and such.
