The negatives outweighed the positives
The room was dirty, a lot of damage to the furniture, walls, floor and doors. It was impossible that the hotel didn't know the room was so bad, because the scratches to furniture and damage , definitely wasn't recent.

It's a great hotel placed in central Berlin. It's close to many tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful and lovely. The room was comfortable and we loved the spa area. Very tasty breakfasts.

Location, comfy bed and nice room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff (shout out for Sayed who provided a warm and friendly service). Good central location to visit all the main attractions. Would stay again.

Central location, calm and classy ambience. Amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms, lovely bar and lounge. Spa area was clean and relaxing.
Dinner options were poor if you dont eat meat.
