Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable bed. The hotel is in very convinient location, righ in the center. Spa area is very nice, however the wet sauna was out of order in the Turkish Hamam (beautiful complex) was not hot enough in my opinion.

It is a beautiful hotel in a lovely zone.
This was a business trip. I picked up this hotel because it was very close to my business appointment. I arrived late in the night but I would have time for a good night sleep, as my appointment was in the middle of the morning only. On arrival, I asked for a quite room - as the only thing I wanted from the hotel was to sleep well and be rested for the meeting - and I was promised one (yes, I know, all rooms are expected to be quited anyway). Still, from earlier than 6:00AM it was impossible to sleep in the room with the noise that sounded like construction work next door. When asked during checkout whether everything had been alright, I told the clerk about my awful experience. He explained me smiling that my room was in an hotel corner, next to very noisy hotel equipment that they have to turn on early in the morning. Well... that's good to know.

Good location, excellent choice of breakfast and hours of service, friendly staff, upgraded room, early check-in, extended/ late check-out, good hotel gym.
Overall good, just a few suggestions. Gym was very good for a hotel but could benefit from a few more pieces of gym equipment/ machines and a little more space (plate loaded leg press, squat racks with barbells in addition to the one Smith machine, heavier free weights, more cable machines and attachments, another cross-trainer/ elliptical, not another Adaptive Motion Trainer (AMT), another rowing machine). Inconsistent housekeeping - some days we received a change of towels and drinking glasses (whether used or unused), a free bottle of water, replenished tea and coffee amenities, replenished toilet paper, but on a few occasions we had to ask at reception to replenish some of these items.

Quiet, clean room, good facilities. Complimentary access to steamroom and sauna at the adjacent spa was nice! Lobby is attractive, staff is kind and helpful.
The breakfast in the hotel is very overpriced and of average quality. Many quality restaurants are within walking distance.

The staff was warm and hospitable, especially those in the restaurant , bar and breakfast area.
The housekeeping staff needed more training. Every day when they made up the room, there was something missing such as a towel, a washcloth, a pillowcase, tissues, Etc. Twice the curtains were on the floor when we came back to our room. Also, the size of your room was too small for 2 people. There wasn't even room for 2 luggage racks.

Reception staff.. Onur was wonderful. Sebastian and other concierges were very helpful. The restaurant staff and especially the manager were extraordinary. Food was perfect.

The breakfast was superb. Alot of choice provided and the food was really good. There was plenty of staff about to help and it was very well structured. The food was really fresh and the coffee was excellent too!
The reception toilet facility was down stairs, would be good to have one on the ground level.
