Location excellent for anyone wanting to visit Museum Island. Room quite comfortable but air conditionitng unable to cope with heatwaveo.
It was an extreme heatwave and chilled water in the lounge was removed at 5-6pm After that time you could go to the bar but one day even that was closed to the public for a private party ! Reception staffs attiude was that is not our problem … We were very careful but even so my husband struggled. I felt the lack of care towards guests in these curcustances was very poor. Other, much cheaper hotels we stayed in provided extra bottled water for rooms due to the heat and lots of chilled samovars of cold drinks on arrival.

Location is perfect, walking distance to most of the attractions. Hotel is clean, breakfast is nothing special but nothing wrong with it. Room was great, duplex.
On our last night in the hotel there was a party in restaurant until 2am and as our room was on 1st floor it was very noisy.

A fantastic place to stay when visiting Berlin. Friendly staff from the moment you walk in, they are so helpful and a credit to the hotel. Rooms , so comfortable and easily the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast is plentiful, with every taste catered for. Location is really good, walkable to all the main sites of interest. We had no need to use any forms of transportation as the hotel is situated in a perfect spot.

Central but in a less busy area, staff were all fantastic and friendly! Great breeze put the front to sit for an evening drink during the heat wave as well. Close to underground and train station as well.
