Really good location. Beautiful looking hotel
The room could have been cleaner, and the in-room amenities were quite limited—only shower gel and shampoo were provided. For a hotel of this standard, I would have expected more. The check-in experience was also disappointing. The welcome felt impersonal, as staff remained on their phones throughout and engaged very little during the process. Some additional focus on customer service would make a significant difference.

Queues always at reception. Our luggage didn’t arrive and they weren’t very helpful couldn’t lend us an adapter plug no toiletries to purchase. Had to leave our phone behind reception to charge. They never replenished the bottled water in the room
