On premise restaurant is expensive. They should tell you at check in that there is a button in the room near the bed you have to push if you want the room to be cleaned up.

Location is absolutely fantastic, near the U-bahn station and tram. Very central. Room was clean and had all the required amenities. Breakfast was great as well. The reception helped us check-in quite early since there was a room available and gave us a high floor.

I love everything about this property.
The cleaning staff should be more considerate about the noises they were producing moving through the halls. I was in a room 350, and there a constant noise produced by the carts they were moving and many times they were nocking on the doors accidentally with the equipment they were carrying. It seemed that their base was right next to my doors so the noises were permanent. This is the ONLY suggestion I would make regarding this hotel and only as a constructive criticism because my general opinion is that the staff of the hotel in general takes really good care about the guests and their experience. It is a large hotel with capacity almost always full. At least, I see a lot people going in and out, and to be able to still provide high level of service as they do I am sure it takes a lot of effort. So congratulations on that and keep up the great work you are doing.

Staff, the breakfast, location and the hotel room
After my flight cancellation, I reached the hotel around midnight, hungry, tired, and thirsty. The hotel restaurant was closed, and unfortunately, there were only 2 water bottles in the minibar. I had to wait till morning to find something to eat. Why is there a minibar in the room, while you prefer to keep it empty? Most other hotels keep some snacks and juices there.

It is in the heart of Berlin. The U stop Naturkendemuseum is just outside the hotel. The room is perfectly decorated and spacious. Staff is great.

Location and hotel design is nice
I stayed at this hotel for a work-related conference and was very disappointed by how the spa and wellness area handled international guest expectations. For a hotel that hosts business travelers from around the world, it should be standard to respect and accommodate different cultural norms—especially when it comes to sauna etiquette. After a long day of meetings, the spa is meant to be a place to relax. However, I was asked to leave the sauna for wearing a bikini. In every international hotel I’ve visited, wearing swimwear in spa and sauna areas is either allowed or at least optional, so that guests can feel comfortable—particularly when colleagues or supervisors are also present. Being forced to be naked is not something every traveler is comfortable with, nor should it be required. A hotel of this level should be more considerate of global guest habits and provide choices for different cultures and comfort levels. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel uncomfortable rather than relaxed, and I hope management will rethink this policy so future international guests feel welcome and respected.
