Comfy bed and pillows, clean bedding, room spacious and clean. Great breakfast. Staff really helpful, great shower pressure, good complimentary shower and hand-wash. Helpful and polite staff at breakfast, parking, storing luggage.

Superb, well fitted out hotel, with tram and metro stop virtually at the door, making getting around Berlin a doddle. Also great facilities, with the spa area well worth paying extra for. Best hotel breakfast choice I think I’ve ever had and lovely food. Friendly helpful staff.
As with so many European hotels in the month we’ve been away, they say air conditioning, but what they mean is A/C we control, so you can’t get room to temp YOU want! Very frustrating.

Clean rooms with great AC and very comfortable bed.
Unfriendly SPA staff, Cleaning personell knocking multiple times even with do not disturb sign hanging at the door. Breakfast was way better two years ago

Hotel looks like 5 star honestly :) Super clean, super good quality. Staff profesional. Also we liked that our room windows was to the inner yard which was super calm - no noisy from the street at all. We slept veeery good :) Go for this hotel because it is very good price.
Everything quality, cozy, well organised just we got old looking towels ( not dirty )/ looking old.

large spacious hotel, despite the large number of guests it was very quiet. For me the best was the pool, fitness and spa area. Gym was very big and had good equipment, all you need for a quick training when travelling

I thought hotel was one of the best hotels l have stayed in .the food is expensive but other than that it is a great hotel location close to many of the biggest sights too see in berlin .
Only thing l would say the food in restaurant is excellant but a bit expensive .

The location. The atmosphere of the hotel, very professional staff and helpful. It was very clean, high level class. The room was huge, beautiful decorated, very comfortable. The beds! We slept like roses! The temperature in the room and all other areas was just perfect. Perfect shower. The breakfast was great, much varied and delicious.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
