Room was big, hotel was quiet, there were an Italian restaurant and a burger place under the hotel. Everything was clean, breakfast satisfied our expectations. Subway is in front of the hotel so public transportation was very easy.
There were not any slippers in the room, we had t ask twice but after that they provided it. Sustainability is not a main concern I guess. There should be a free water filler in the hotel, so we would not need to but bottle water everyday. Pool access is not included in stay, you need to purchase SPA access for that.

The hotel was pretty central - I could see the TV tower from my balcony - and very comfortable. Because of an issue with the train from the airport we didn’t arrive until 2.30 am but the night staff were lovely. It turned out that they had put my sons in a double room rather than a twin room but were quick to change this - the night Manager personally moved everything over. The bathrooms were great and the bar staff were very friendly.
I thought the breakfasts were quite expensive compared to food prices generally in Berlin.

Really good value for money. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.
Not the best location for exploring the sights of Berlin, it was a 30 minute walk in to the centre of town. Shower drain was blocked and despite reporting it 3 times in 4 days, nothing was done about it. Housekeeping was poor - didn't replenish tea/coffee in our room, didn't provide clean cups, knocked and entered despite Do Not Disturb sign on door. Having to pay 20 euros for a swm/to use the leisure facilities just doesn't work when you just want a quick swim after a day sightseeing. You have to pay for the whole day.

An overall great hotel- large lobby with helpful staff and a great bar. Rooms were large and well equipped and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The Italian restaurant was so good that we ate there 2 nights in a row.
The staff at the pool/spa were unhelpful -could have been a language problem. The pool was lovely once we worked out how to enter though not sure how the spa area worked and not comfortable with getting nude!
