Just average stay, you don't feel like spending any extra time in the hotel. Great location tho
The hotel was dark, VERY bad lightning. Nothing was bed but it wasn't charming, looked a little too big. I had a problem with heating and they were very nice helping me and giving me another room, but everything was just so average

The location was excellent, we had a garden-facing room, so it was also quiet for a city centre hotel. The room, and hotel in general, was beautifully decorated and all amenities to a high standard. The atrium was also stunning. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and very attentive staff. I would also mention the reception staff who were incredibly helpful.
Service was occasionally slow in the bar area, although there was one waitress who was great.

Exceptionally comfortable beds; excellent shower/ bathroom and superb location
Breakfast was a little disappointing. Though it was possible to order an omelette, there was no option for soft boiled or poached eggs and nothing was labelled with information regarding ingredients eg gluten free/ vegetarian. Croissants , bread etc were all quite dry. There was a good range of options eg cheese, salmon and fruit, so it may have been they just struggled to keep up with demand / left things out uncovered for too long.
