Super central location. A comfortable bed. A warm welcome at the reception. Tables you can work at after checkout. A small shop near the reception.
There was some weird smell in many areas of the hotel. An old one. As if from sewers. I felt it first in the elevator. I felt it in my room's bathroom. It was the worst in the gym area in the morning.
I prefer hotels that do not stop breakfast to the second (10:30) or at least walk around five minutes before encouraging to take the last portions.
Connecting to the TV was super limited. Why not allow HDMI? Why not having Internet TV and smart TV functionalities?

The location of the property was great. Central to many walkable attractions. It also felt safe and clean.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The central spaces were well kept. The breakfast variety was pretty nice.
The beds are not very comfortable, and our room was very warm. We ended up cracking a window because the fans weren’t working as expected.
We definitely thought there was a pool at the property. We were also bummed to learn the sauna was an extra charge (just like breakfast). Overall, the value of the extra items was not very high.

My room was above the delivery entry of the hotel and it was very loud which left me with a night without sleep. I would have appreciated open communication and information about it considering the quality of the hotel

The location was fantastic, only a minute walk to Unter den Linden and direct access to the U-Bahn. The room was very spacious and clean with great facilities. Breakfast offered a great selection and staff were very attentive.

The hotel was great. The bed was very comfortable and the location is in a good location to many attractions.
Very expensive. Although the accommodations were well above average, the cost of the room was a lot. Breakfast was over $100 at the hotel and could have been much better.

Our room wasn’t ready at the check-in time because the previous guests were still in the room. They offered us a lower category room instead (for the same price) that we didn’t accept of course. That was a bit disappointing attitude in a hotel like this.

I have stayed here a few times and love the location, hotel and staff. Everyone is so friendly and makes the stay that much more.
We stayed over NYE so of course the €€€€€ for rooms was overinflated. We booked a city view and got a garden view instead.

Great location, beautiful hotel, and very close to the bus station, s bahn, and trams. 10-12min walk to the brandenburg gate with shops along the way.
Was completely ignored by waiters for over 25mins in the resteraunt lounge area. Was given a menu and then never checked upon again. Left the area and decided to eat else where out side.

Location is perfect, in the middle of Mitte. I was able to rest between Sightseeing during the day as the hotel is a few steps away from the tram.
Buffet breakfast was excellent with hot food that was savory and plenty of fresh fruits to choose from.
The beds were comfortable and staff very accommodating.
The sauna is shared by both male and female which is something typical in Germany.

Property was beautiful and the afternoon staff was great. BUT I had an allergic reaction to their lotion. Went to hospital and stayed for couple hours. Got back slept woke up around 9:15 to see if they could wash my clothes because of contamination they were not great on finding a solution. Said they sent clothes at 9, obviously didn’t know that so they charged me double to clean. Had no choice I was scared to get a reaction again. They told me to find local laundry place but I literally could barely get around after the reaction. We moved rooms night time guy was willing to help but for the price you think they would have been more accommodating on making sure my clothes were washed….

The bed was very comfortable and the location is great. The fitness room was awesome!
The hotel is a bit dark, seems like it needs some light (so it would’nt feel gloomy) and the breakfasts missed some vegetables (greens).
