The location of this hotel was excellent with many attractions within walking distance plus access to public transport on your doorstep. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the late complimentary check out until 1PM. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice but with a few tweaks could have been excellent Staff were helpful and professional at reception, at the bar and during breakfast

My room was super comfortable—I loved my bed. I liked the breakfast. This location is perfect for getting all around Berlin—very central and accessible to metro.
This hotel lacks character. It’s feels like a generic, nice businessperson hotel. I wish there was more decor or something to make it more interesting.

Spacious room, very quiet, helpful and polite stuff at the reception. Top location.
Breakfast has been chaotic to be fair. There seem to be many waiters yet tables are not being cleaned fast enough to find a place. The space itself dedicated to breakfast is not big enough with people bumping into each other and everyone trying to figure out where to sit or how to squeeze in. Choice of food could have been better too considering pricing of the hotel.

Location was superb. Room was very clean. Shower was fabulous. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet.
Breakfast choice was very poor. Only cooking option was an omelette. Bread choice was poor. Coffee was not great.furniture was old in the breakfast room.

Location and new room fit out.
Very low standard all round. A/C did not work and took an eternity to get changed to other rooms which were not much better. One room had a bad smell. I would usually rely on Westin as a brand to have a consistently good product but this was a disaster. We stayed at many smaller 4 star hotels that were miles better than this supposed 5 star hotel. Avoid at all costs.
