The location of the property was great. Central to many walkable attractions. It also felt safe and clean.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The central spaces were well kept. The breakfast variety was pretty nice.
The beds are not very comfortable, and our room was very warm. We ended up cracking a window because the fans weren’t working as expected.
We definitely thought there was a pool at the property. We were also bummed to learn the sauna was an extra charge (just like breakfast). Overall, the value of the extra items was not very high.

Great location. Great staff. Everything clean. Very good breakfast.
The mattress was very firm, and you could feel the springs against your body, while the pillows were very soft.

The breakfast variety didn't please much
Although we left a note for the room cleaning, the first day was done at 18:00 in the evening, despite our cleaning request on the 2nd and 3rd day, we could not get the reward.

Everything was perfect. The only thing that could have been better was the weather which was outside their control. One of the best hotels I’ve been in.

Very nice and spacious rooms, quiet and clean. Friendly staff. I will from now on only book this hotel going forward (actually I am already back tomorrow).
Great for work / business but also for with a family or couples.

Very expensive. Although the accommodations were well above average, the cost of the room was a lot. Breakfast was over $100 at the hotel and could have been much better.

Money was deducted from my Visa card, and when I inquired, they said, "We are sorry, we will return the amount to your account. This is a system error." I was not convinced, and the hotel manager spoke to me in a rude manner, as if this error was normal and did not fall under the category of theft from the guest!!!!

Our room wasn’t ready at the check-in time because the previous guests were still in the room. They offered us a lower category room instead (for the same price) that we didn’t accept of course. That was a bit disappointing attitude in a hotel like this.
