I had an excellent stay. They upgraded me to a huge suite which was a really nice gesture. The rooms are recently renovated. Great breakfast.

We found this hotel to be in an ideal location, with the U-Bahn right outside the door. All major sightseeing attractions were easily accessible either on foot or by public transport. At the end of the same road is Checkpoint Charlie. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-appointed—especially the bed, which was exceptionally good. At the same time, the hotel retains a charming sense of history throughout. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, from reception to room service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent and highly recommended. We would definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful
Hotel is in a brilliant location for exploring Berlin for the first time. Many sights are within walking distance but the U barn station is right outside the door for trips further afield. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We asked for a room on a high floor and I feel this was a good move as it was very quiet. There was a good variety at breakfast although some of the hot food was only lukewarm but that’s often the case with buffets.
The only very minor complaint is that the room was being serviced when we returned from breakfast and this delayed us.

Just average stay, you don't feel like spending any extra time in the hotel. Great location tho
The hotel was dark, VERY bad lightning. Nothing was bed but it wasn't charming, looked a little too big. I had a problem with heating and they were very nice helping me and giving me another room, but everything was just so average
