The hotel's location is excellent, in addition to the wide variety of breakfast options. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the facilities are great. We will definitely repeat our visit.
There is no designated smoking area, and the housekeeping team makes noise early in the morning.

Location is perfect, in the middle of Mitte. I was able to rest between Sightseeing during the day as the hotel is a few steps away from the tram. Buffet breakfast was excellent with hot food that was savory and plenty of fresh fruits to choose from. The beds were comfortable and staff very accommodating.
The sauna is shared by both male and female which is something typical in Germany.

Property was beautiful and the afternoon staff was great. BUT I had an allergic reaction to their lotion. Went to hospital and stayed for couple hours. Got back slept woke up around 9:15 to see if they could wash my clothes because of contamination they were not great on finding a solution. Said they sent clothes at 9, obviously didn’t know that so they charged me double to clean. Had no choice I was scared to get a reaction again. They told me to find local laundry place but I literally could barely get around after the reaction. We moved rooms night time guy was willing to help but for the price you think they would have been more accommodating on making sure my clothes were washed….

Disappointing
It's clean and close to all tourist destinations. The room is spacious and has all the amenities.
They double charged my card without even asking me first. I have paid through booking.com, but they still charged my card without even confirming with me firsthand, I only realised after I checked out and checked my bank account. And it's always a nightmare getting the money refunded immediately when you are in the middle of travelling. After a couple of phone calls, I appreciate that they realised their mistakes but I am disappointed on how they did not notify me at all about the payment they made using my card, making me feel violated. Now I have to wait at least 10 business days to get the money back. You see, when it comes to charging, they'll do it quickly, but amending mistakes always is taking so much time. I must say I will not return to this hotel again after this.
