Hotel was in a perfect location, centrally located with easy access to public transit and within walking distance of many sites. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with lots of options. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Renovated rooms, good location
The bathroom floor tiles were dirty—you could literally see the color difference from the built-up grime, despite someone having wiped them down. The gym was outdated, unpleasant, and also had visible dirt. Check-out was disappointing due to unhelpful and cold staff. I was traveling on business and needed an invoice. Even though I provided all the billing details in advance via Booking.com, they still had issues processing it. Mistakes happen, but the dismissive attitude was far from a 5-star experience. There are plenty of better options in the area; several nearby 4-star hotels offer a much superior experience and better value for money and other 5-star hotels provide much better service and amenities.

A wonderful hotel. An excellent location in the heart of the Mitte district. Very close to the museum isle and within walking distance. Impressive and spacious, inviting and indulgent public areas. A spacious room with a large and a very comfortable bed. We chose a room with Garden View, which was quiet and a wise decision. Lovely, courteous staff. An excellent restaurant, along with a bar and café (wonderful cakes!) that are a delight to visit. We enjoyed every moment of our stay at the hotel and will certainly return.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was modern, spacious, and very well equipped. My only suggestion would be to replace the single chaise longue with two separate chairs, allowing two people to sit comfortably at the same time.
The breakfast room tends to be quite crowded given the size of the hotel, especially during peak hours.
