The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently in March. Opening the window solved the issue, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience.

Great location-central, next to subway, near buses.
No air conditioning! The room was hot, there was no air. Totally unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel.

Location was excellent for museums, shops, the Dom, and the Brandenburger Tor restaurants and stations.
Considering how close it is to everything it is quiet and relaxing.
The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food available and lovely staff to help you.
Reception staff are on hand to advise on anything you need from organising taxis for you or the best way to get to the airport under your own steam.
The bar area is a lovely place to finish off your evening with a drink especially when the pianist is playing.
We were very happy with everything
