Very elegant and clean. Super fancy neighborhood with easy walking access to major tourist sights. We didn’t use any public transportation. Very good breakfast. Ate dinner there as well- great food at a fair price. I used the fitness center everyday- thank goodness for free weights.

Location, location, location! It is in THE perfect spot for train and walking excursions. Inner garten view room was quiet with a surprisingly pleasant view and fountain. No street noise on that side. Comfortable, well appointed rooms. The grand staircase gives the distinct feeling of historical grandeur. It was perfect for a long weekend visit!

Lovely facilities. Comfortable room. Shower slippery. Had to ask for a bath mat for safety. Needed more towels. Got them upon request.

Beautifully appointed. The lobby/lounge area was comfortable and the bar service excellent. The location was in walking distance to many important city sights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service in the dining room was efficient and very accommodating.
The shower was terrible for a 5 star hotel! The hand shower refused to point forward -- only to the side no matter how I twisted the cable. And don't get me started with the dopey rain shower that is all hotels assume their clients love. Breakfast had a vast range but missed out on a offering a decent selection of fruit such as tangerines, orange slices, berries, and kiwi -- not just a mélange of cubed melon and pineapple, Unfortunately the wide range of meats and cheeses and pots of mystery concoctions is lost on me as I prefer a simple breakfast of yogurt (which was excellent by the way) a bit of fruit and a croissant -- or two!

No air conditioning! The room was hot, there was no air. Totally unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel.

Super central location. A comfortable bed. A warm welcome at the reception. Tables you can work at after checkout. A small shop near the reception.
There was some weird smell in many areas of the hotel. An old one. As if from sewers. I felt it first in the elevator. I felt it in my room's bathroom. It was the worst in the gym area in the morning. I prefer hotels that do not stop breakfast to the second (10:30) or at least walk around five minutes before encouraging to take the last portions. Connecting to the TV was super limited. Why not allow HDMI? Why not having Internet TV and smart TV functionalities?

The location of the property was great. Central to many walkable attractions. It also felt safe and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The central spaces were well kept. The breakfast variety was pretty nice.
The beds are not very comfortable, and our room was very warm. We ended up cracking a window because the fans weren’t working as expected. We definitely thought there was a pool at the property. We were also bummed to learn the sauna was an extra charge (just like breakfast). Overall, the value of the extra items was not very high.
