The toiletries in the room was not checked and replaced, ran out of shower jell the tishoo box was left on the bed for the room cleaner to replace the tishoo was not done, asked for extra water due to the heat wave was told one bottle only, you must buy your own water

The property was beautiful. It was in a very good location close to the underground which we found very easy to use.
The lounge in the lobby the service there was average first day we waited maybe five minutes the next day we waited half an hour and did not get served ended up leaving

Although our room was supposed to be with city view, it was facing a wall and roof of a building.

Excellent location, great luxury hotel. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need including dressing gowns and slippers. A real home from home, I have stayed here several times and it is consistently excellent.
Breakfast selection is extensive, but a bit pricey. I avoid it as I could never eat enough to justify the price tag.

Walking in, you definitely find a reason to sit in the lobby. It just feels upscale and you are trying to come up with a reason why you should sit there and work or read or do something....

It is a place to relax in the hustle of central Berlin
The shower was awkward and really needed hand-holds to make you feel safe from falling. A walk-in shower would have been much better. As it is, the shower made you feel really uncomfortable.

Clean, good location, spacious. Nice 5 star hotel.
The police and ambulance sirens outside. I’d say, Berlin would have the loudest in Europe.
