Very nice room , excellent wellness and perfect location for great walks into Berlin.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic: we would have loved some explanation (i think they forgot) so we were cluelessly trying to get hot beverages and egg-dishes. In the end it worked out well.

Obviously, it is a Ritz, we were not disappointed. The location of the property was fantastic, easy to get to the Central Station or the Airport. Excellent restaurants near and around the property within walking distance. The room was fantastic. The facilities and amenities good and met the expectations. Breakfast good but we found it limited due to our dietary preference. You are sure to run into celebrities here.
Once again, we found our room to be too cold for our liking. In spite of informing the team, they could not do anything above 25 degrees C. We found the manager at the breakfast counter to be overbearing and preachy.

Pristine property, excellent attentive service. Spacious rooms.
Noisy children is the wellness area. Really took away the relaxation. There should be hours for kids and then adults only. Really annoying to be honest. Breakfast wait time was borderline unacceptable. They need to offer guests alternatives to eat in the other restaurant or lobby bar.

breakfast service was only ok - our hot breakfast was delayed 40 minutes. bags not in our room after waiting 2 hours for room to be ready - had to collect from reception bag store. cleaning products still in bathroom after entering room.

Martin at the Reception was nice and patient, he has done beyond his duties to even take over concierge role as he provided us with good info about the city. Sylvia at Breakfast, though looks daunting, is actually very friendly and even ensure that we get the recipe for the nice tomato paste. Vivien at the restaurant, sincerely wish for us to have good food in the city and had even recommended us a good Italian restaurant outside the hotel.

Top-tier professional yet friendly customer service. Felt very welcomed and enjoyed the services on special requests. Great breakfast choices for a very fulfilling experience. Very good location right above the subway station.
Water was leaking through the bathroom floor tiles. Didn't know if I could drink from the tap. Cigar lounge did not feel very exclusive if that was the purpose of the room. Low vacancies (wanted to try the suite).
