The room was fantastic and the staff lovely. I never heard anyone else through the wall, or walking along the corridor. It was very quiet. I particularly liked the amount of free bottled water provided daily in my room; it was generous. I liked the thoughtful provision of a plug adapter; very handy to be able to use mine + the one provided. The glass of fizz when checking in was a really nice gesture.
1)The price of breakfast at euros 55. 2)When I did not put my towels on the bathroom floor as per the ‘be environmentally friendly’ instructions they were anyway taken away and replaced. This first happened 2 hours after I arrived at ‘turn down.’ The next day the bathrobe i’d warn for 30 mins and hung back up was replaced. I care about the planet and natural resources such as water, so found this upsetting. I refrained from using a bathrobe after that for fear it would be removed again at ‘turn down’ and washed whilst barely worn thereby wasting more energy and water. Please Ritz Carlton, follow your own eco instructions!!

The swimming pool was tiny , cold and not heated enough. The wet sauna did not work one day. At the other day, the warm sauna did not work . There were no water near the sauna
