The hotel is beautiful and is in a great location. But what made this stay memorable is the outstanding kindness and approach of all the staff Mustafa, Ibrahim and Alp at the entrance Owen at the front desk Martin at the concierge Wiebke at tbe cigars/smoking room. All went far and beyond to make us feel welcome Bravo

Can't fault anything in the room.
20 for a pot of tea.....ok, the pot was large enough to serve 4 people, but I'm alone. Is this another expression of discrimination of solo travellers? Only buffet breakfasts are available. A coffee and croissant is all I need. Luckily there is lovely Cafe Schiller at the back of the block!

The curtain bar with the live music was a big advantage of the hotel and a wonderful entertainment. Staff very polite and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Service was outstanding!
The choice of breakfast was limited. However there were wide choice of fruit, bread and meat.

Loved everything, the room is well decorated and very spacious, the bathroom was big and well equipped, the service was wow. The breakfast was very accommodating to all types of eaters, and absolutely delicious. Had a delicious dinner at the amazing POTS hotel restaurant.
