The room was fantastic, clean, well furnished and to a very high quality and spec. The location was also fantastic and right in the centre for sightseeing. The staff were also lovely, the whole experience was worth the price. Excellent hospitality and attention to detail.

Martin at the Reception was nice and patient, he has done beyond his duties to even take over concierge role as he provided us with good info about the city. Sylvia at Breakfast, though looks daunting, is actually very friendly and even ensure that we get the recipe for the nice tomato paste. Vivien at the restaurant, sincerely wish for us to have good food in the city and had even recommended us a good Italian restaurant outside the hotel.

From the warm "Welcome Home" greeting by the door staff, the helpful receptionist and then our room was filled with 12 roses, chocolate strawberries and fizz to celebrate our anniversary. It was spectacular. Spa facilities were clean and relaxing. Breakfast buffet was a must especially if you love bread and pastries. Highly recommend
