⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Fabulous Stay at The Mandala Suites, Berlin!
We absolutely loved our stay at The Mandala Suites! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Berlin, making it the perfect base to explore this incredible city, its fascinating history, fabulous shopping and wonderful restaurants.
The suites are beautifully spacious, stylish and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. We particularly loved having so much room to unwind after long days exploring Berlin.
The central location was a real highlight, with so many major attractions within easy walking distance, yet the accommodation offered a lovely retreat from the busy city.
A fabulous combination of comfort, convenience and luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Mandala Suites to anyone visiting Berlin.
We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

The Mandala Suites surpassed my expectations at every level. For the amount we paid (not much more than a bog standard Holiday Inn) it felt like a whole different level of luxury - not something we are used to! The sheer size of the apartment meant we frankly could have moved in long term; it felt like just exploring it after we arrived took a while. And the attention to detail and quality of furniture and other materials was incredible. The balcony allowed us to soak in Berlin from above. We didn't take advantage of the health club or the breakfast, but both looked fabulous. Plus the position was exceptional, in the heart of Mitte. This was our first trip to Berlin and the Mandala Suites made sure it was truly memorable, thank you!

Perfect location! The apartment was spacious and well appointed with quality in furnishings throughout. I loved that we had housekeeping services, which I wasn't expecting, so that was a nice surprise. The check in was easy and the staff was so kind and informative. This is an excellent value!
Absolutely nothing to dislike! It was the best stay of our long trip.

I had a wonderful stay at The Mandala Suites. The breakfast was a highlight: served on the 8th floor in a bright, elegant room with panoramic views over Berlin. The buffet was mostly cold dishes, but offered a wide variety of healthy options. The smoked salmon was particularly delicious, and I appreciated being able to order a freshly cooked soft‑boiled egg. A perfect way to start the day.
The suite itself was extremely spacious, with a kitchenette, a comfortable living area, and the bedroom in a separate room. However, the storage options were not ideal. Both the toilet room and the shower room lacked places to put our belongings, and overall the suite could benefit from more practical shelving or drawers. The furniture is a bit dated and the décor very minimalistic — a touch of color would have made the space feel warmer and more inviting.

Loved how spacious the room was, how strong the shower was, and how comfortable the bed was. Absolutely loved the bed! The breakfast buffet was consistently great, and the comfortable chairs in the breakfast area made it a relaxing experience. The hotel location is about as convenient as it gets, though the downside of that is that the location is also as touristy as it gets. I appreciated that the building was set way back from the street, which meant the room was quiet.
I was disappointed that the living room area of my hotel suite had just three not-very-comfy chairs and a desk, but no couch, even though the space was large enough for a couch and coffee table. That meant there was no comfortable place to relax or eat takeout or read a book in that room. Given that I was at the hotel for almost a week, that was frustrating.

The location is great. The rooms are very spacious but not necessarily well-planned. The furniture was ok but not of very high taste. I had asked for a suite with a view, which however was not available.
You have to pass through long and dark corridors to get to your room which is not very pleasant. The rooms are fine but not luxurious. Maybe it’s just the German preference for austerity. I don’t like it very much.

Location is fantastic - within walking distance to all the main sites, although a subway station is across the road if you'd rather not walk. It was very quiet which suited us well. Lots of nice cafes nearby.
We liked Athi, who checked us in and out, very much. He was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. We didnt have any issues but we feel sure he would have helped us out if we had.

Check-in communication was very poor and stressful, as we came in late (nearly midnight) and had no way to check in. We never got an email link to check-in. All they needed to do was tell us to check with the security booth by the entrance (a round, totally dark tinted glass booth, just for any future guests). They had our key and were very helpful.
Also, not really a fully equipped kitchenette where we had assumed we could cook a little. Only a fridge and microwave.
