Location near to the main landmarks, aspect of the apartment, cleanliness
We arrived on a weekend day after the opening hours of the reception and finding the correct entrance to the building was a little bit complicated because the instructions are not clear enough (e.g. on which door you can enter in the building, which door to open for the elevator because in the main hall there are 2 more doors).

Location, size of the room, cleanliness
The breakfast was not up to German standard . The cold cuts were not replaced and were dry later in the morning. Eggs were not as requested. Soft boiled were hard every time I ordered them

The suite was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast room had a beautiful view of Berlin, and the staff, particularly Jasmine, were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Lack of sockets for charging devices in the bedroom.
Pillows too soft for my taste.
Lighting in the living area is poor and dim.
Hairdryer is not very effective.

I’ve never given any hotel a 10 out of 10 in my life — until now. This place is truly exceptional. From the spotless cleanliness and unbeatable location to the incredible attention to detail, everything was just perfect. The suite had everything you could possibly need — nothing was missing. I stayed in a Management Suite, one of their larger rooms, which made the experience even better.
If you’re visiting Berlin as a tourist, don’t think twice — this hotel is in a very central area, with a metro station right below and plenty of great restaurants nearby and most importantly a 24/7 supermarket

The location was perfect. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. Staff listened to our needs and very accommodating.
The small supermarket opposite the property is an added bonus.
The breakfast could be improved with more choices and variety. Some of the bread was not as fresh as expected on several occasions.

With the personal it was a but strange but the room/apartment was huge and we really enjoyed it.
The gym was very basic BUT with an amazing view over Berlin. It is actually a like not a dislike

The sleeping bed for the third guest was very small and narrow
