The hotel is located in a great area of Berlin, with convenient access to subway and bus stations. The room was quite spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped. Although it is a suite hotel, daily room service is available, and the cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were professional, well trained, and attentive, always making an effort to provide excellent service to their guests.
The breakfast selection is quite limited, especially for longer stays, as the options become repetitive after a few days. There are also no hot breakfast choices available, aside from boiled eggs.

The location was fantastic, we changed rooms as the first one was nothing like the pictures, but thd second room was lovely and very comfortable.

Breakfast provided a wide variety of options and included eggs to order. The co-location with a restaurant, Maximilians Berlin was convenient for some local grub. The Sadtmitte U-bahn station is also just steps away from the building.
I wish the exercise room had 24-hour access via card key. The opening hours coincided with our being out touring during the day.

Location. Cleanliness. Comfy bed. Space.
Furniture in the lounge. Was more like conservatory than lounge furniture. A nice sofa would have been good. Member of staff coming in to our room before checkout without knocking. Presumably to ask us to leave but we still had time before midday. My wife was still in dressing gown. Raised with reception who apologised profusely. Went to use the sauna etc at 9:30 and nothing was switched on. All very clean tho.
