Everything was perfect! We regularly stay in Mandala suites at Friedrichstrasse for many years already and the seervi, facilities, cleaness are alawys on the highest level! All members of the team are incredibly friendly and professional! And especially we want to thank Mr. Tongvirai who made our accommodation so special! We felt so welcomed and we cant wait to come back soon!

Well located, kitchen quite well equipped for a stay of a few days, staff are helpful and nice
The outlets were not thought out in the room design, there’s almost no places where you can plug in your devices. In the main bedroom there’s one outlet on one side of the bed that can be used, everything else is taken up by lamps and such. Same goes for the living room, I think there’s two there and maybe one more in the hallway. Since there’s no ceiling lights, plugging the lamps out is also not an option. We also didn’t find a way to manage the room temperature or the air conditioning, so it was too hot/stuffed in the room by European standards

Very friendly check in process. The room was very comfortable and spacious with all amenities available. Good location to explore the city, parking lot available in the building. Good breakfast. Everything was so easygoing, relaxing and comfortable with a very good standard in a room.

Excellent location right next to Check Point Charley. Staff were extremely helpful, ensuring there was a cot for our baby, sending pictures of it before we arrived so I could check mattress etc. when we arrived we had forgotten plug adapters and they gave us a few to borrow for the weekend.
I thought the livingroom and bedroom were separate but it was actually one big room. This wasn't actually an issue due to the size of the room but something worth noting.
