Great location, clean and responsive staff. Room was very comfortable overall.
Check-in communication was very poor and stressful, as we came in late (nearly midnight) and had no way to check in. We never got an email link to check-in. All they needed to do was tell us to check with the security booth by the entrance (a round, totally dark tinted glass booth, just for any future guests). They had our key and were very helpful. Also, not really a fully equipped kitchenette where we had assumed we could cook a little. Only a fridge and microwave.

A great option if you're looking for an apartment style stay in a central location in Berlin. The rooms are clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, definitely on my list for Berlin. Recommended.

Great staff especially Ati! Walk in closets, serviceable kitchen with a health food store across the Street. Small but well-equipped gym and two saunas. Colonial style design. Very central location to travel by taxi, bike or mass transit. One thing to note: If you want to be in higher floor, don't book the Management Suites, but rather the other category (Deluxe maybe?)
