We had an amazing stay. The room was beautifully designed, the bed was very comfortable, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided in the room. A special thank you to Ati! He was incredibly kind, professional and always ready to help with a smile. His hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Ati is a real credit to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We loved the appartment because it was spacious and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The location was perfect. Everything worked well in the appartment. Excellent WiFi. Loved the restaurant, Maximilian's, next door.

This is a very spacious apartment with a seperate lounge/kitchen, seperate bedroom, seperate toilet and a seperate bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was very clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The location is right in the heart of Berlin on a popular road but the rooms are almost silent. It is possible to walk to all the main tourist attractions. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops near to the apartment. There is a large supermarket on the lower floor of the shopping mall opposite the apartment. There are two U bahn stations with 100 metres of the apartment. Berlin Central hbf train station is 3 stops on the U bahn or a 20 minute walk.
It was almost perfect. The ony room for improvement would be to provide tea towels and kitchen paper towels in the kitchen area.

Excellent location directly next to a metro station and within walking distance to major tourist attractions. Very friendly staff. Spacious apartments.
Only a single baby chair for the entire hotel is unacceptable. Unable to get a baby chair for the apartment. During breakfast, young families were not able to put their young kids in a chair and enjoy breakfast. Baby chairs are inexpensive, easily stackable (don’t require much storage space). Hotel needs to get more. The only egg dishes offered for breakfast are hard or soft boiled eggs. Out of 4 soft boiled eggs ordered, three were hard. Apartment 102 above the restaurant is noisy until 22:00. Luckily a different apartment was offered to us.
