This 5-star design hotel in central Berlin offers stylish studios and suites with kitchen facilities. It is located opposite the Sony Center in Potsdamer Platz and features an elegant spa, free WiFi and a double Michelin-star restaurant. Mandala Hotel’s nonsmoking rooms and suites offer views of the courtyard or the modern buildings at Potsdamer Platz. Massages and beauty treatments are also available. The FACIL restaurant is listed in Gault Millau, and has now also just been awarded 2 Michelin stars for 2016. Excellent hotel! Very clean, with a great location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially loved the Michelin-starred restaurants, and the team at QIU was outstanding. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back every time I visit Berlin.

Excellent location, just a short walk to Brandenburg Gate and many of the museums. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The "management suite" room was very spacious and comfortable. The in house restaurant Facil is worth a meal.

Totally deluxe hotel experience. The room was bright and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well. Everything was perfectly functional from the shutters to the bathroom fixtures, and the "Do Not Disturb" button was something cool I hadn't seen before. Room service was very good and thoughtful. The iPad for ordering a wide variety of stuff was very convenient, and 24/7 snacks was reassuring. I didn't quite have time to go to the spa or the gym, but my husband assures me it was good (I'll do a workout next time, I hope). The location is very convenient: central to Potsdamerplatz but my 10th floor room was still plenty quiet. The staff was all very kind and helpful. I definitely plan to stay here again next time I'm in Berlin.
The mattress was more firm than I'm used to, and I didn't love any of the pillows (although there were plenty of options). I also for some reason expected a microwave, but there are plenty of food options nearby. The food options within the hotel don't have any indication of allergens though, so I skipped them.
