Breakfast was amazing. Over a week I interacted with many staff members and all were great. Friendly, helpful. Location was very convenient m1/m8 and u8 get you stared on journeys anywhere in the city.
Proximity to bustling Rosenthaler Platz means street, tram and pedestrian noise. I was fine with earplugs but had to keep windows closed. I would request a room facing the courtyard next time for sure.

The breakfast was excellent and the location, near the underground and trams, made accessing city sites fairly easy. The staff gave excellent advice on where to go and how best to get there.

Location was bad for noise, would have booked a rear viewing room if i had been aware how noisy it is overlooking the main streets.

Room was a bit airless at night, even with window open. Window open meant you could hear people’s noise from the courtyard or rooftop when trying to sleep.

Great location, close to many cafés and restaurants. Easy walk to many historic sites. Very friendly staff. We loved the little ‘circus’ additions to our room, little messages and funny accessories.
Quite noisy from the trams but no problems once I had my earplugs in.

The hotel was in a good location with easy access to the tram and train and lots of restaurants and an easy walk to all the places we wanted to see. The staff were great and gave us good restaurant recommendations. The room was large and the bed very comfortable.
